阶层固化趋向对大学生人格发展的影响研究

【摘要】：当代大学生是祖国的未来和民族的希望,是中国特色社会主义事业的继承者,大学生人格如何发展以及是否健全发展,这与国家的前途命运息息相关。当前,我国正处于社会转型期间,社会各阶层贫富差距拉大以及弱势群体受欺等社会问题正逐渐凸显,社会利益集团也逐渐形成并稳固,社会流动渠道的不畅通导致社会上升空间逐渐缩小,社会各阶层结构也呈现凝固化态势。在这种社会大环境的影响下,某些地方和领域社会失范现象增多,社会规则受到挑战和冲击,社会道德底线失守,社会价值与共识缺失。由此引发的社会矛盾加剧,直接影响着社会稳定和人民生活,特别是对大学生人格的发展产生了比较严重的影响。近几年反应比较强烈的仇富仇官心理就是阶层固化发展趋向的突出表现。从频繁发生的"官二代"、"富二代"、"星二代"事件及其他大学生违法犯罪现象可以看出,阶层固化趋向已经严重影响到了大学生人格健全发展。因此,论文立足于阶层固化趋向对大学生人格发展所带来的影响,主要分为三个方面进行论述。第一部分,社会阶层格局对大学生人格健全发展的意义。对阶层固化趋向与大学生人格健全发展的概念以及关系进行论述,并确定本文的研究范围。第二部分,阶层固化趋向对大学生人格健全发展的影响及原因。在对调查报告的总结和对真实案例分析的基础上,总结和归纳出大学生在人格健全发展方面存在着诸多问题,并从家庭、社会、学校和大学生自身等多方面分析呈现问题的原因。第三部分,化解阶层固化趋向对大学生人格发展影响的基本路径,重点着力从家庭、社会、学校、大学生自身修养四个方面进行大学生健全人格的培养和提升。政府应健全完善相关制度,努力构建社会各群体之间的生态和谐、学校应加强相关建设,为大学生提供良好的学习生活环境、发挥家庭的教育功能,为大学生人格培养打下良好基础、大学生应提高自身综合素质,为其人格发展提供内在保证。
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students are the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation and the successor of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is closely related to the future and destiny of the country that how to develop the personality of college students and whether they can develop healthily. At present, China is in the period of social transformation, social problems such as the widening gap between rich and poor and the bullying of vulnerable groups are gradually becoming prominent, and social interest groups are gradually forming and stabilizing. The social mobility channel is not smooth, the social rising space gradually shrinks, the social stratum structure also presents the solidification tendency. Under the influence of this kind of social environment, the phenomenon of social anomie in some places and fields increases, the social rules are challenged and impacted, the social moral bottom line is lost, and the social value and consensus are missing. The aggravation of social contradiction caused by it directly affects social stability and people's life, especially on the development of college students' personality. In recent years, the strong reaction of feud against the rich is a prominent manifestation of the solidified development trend of class. From the frequent occurrence of "the second generation of officials", "the second generation of wealth", "the second generation of stars" and other college students' illegal and criminal phenomena, we can see that the tendency of class solidification has seriously affected the sound development of college students' personality. Therefore, based on the influence of stratum solidification tendency on college students' personality development, the thesis is mainly divided into three aspects. The first part, the significance of social stratum pattern to the sound development of college students' personality. This paper discusses the concept and relationship between class solidification trend and the sound development of college students' personality, and determines the scope of this paper. The second part, the class solidification tendency to the university student personality sound development influence and the reason. On the basis of the summary of the investigation report and the analysis of the real cases, it concludes that there are many problems in the development of college students' personality, and from the family, the society, Schools and college students themselves and other aspects of the analysis of the causes of the problem. The third part, the basic path to resolve the influence of stratum solidification tendency on the development of college students' personality, focusing on the cultivation and promotion of the sound personality of college students from four aspects: family, society, school and college students' self-cultivation. The government should perfect the relevant system and make great efforts to construct the ecological harmony among the various social groups. The school should strengthen the related construction, provide a good learning and living environment for the college students, and give play to the educational function of the family. To lay a good foundation for the cultivation of college students' personality, college students should improve their own comprehensive quality and provide internal guarantee for their personality development.
