大学生人际交往现状及引导对策研究

【摘要】:人际交往是每个人都要面对的,是人与社会关系的直接体现。大学生作为社会主义事业接班人建立良好的人际交往尤为重要,这不仅是大学生学习生活中的重要组成部分,而且也有利于大学生个人的成长成才。随着"互联网+"的提出,人与人之间的交往更加便捷、频繁,良好的人际交往能力也越来越成为每个人所必须具备的。但是,随着市场经济深入发展,市场自身的趋利性逐渐反映到大学生人际交往当中,导致部分大学生人际交往出现问题,影响了大学生全面发展和健康成长。鉴于此,选取大学生人际交往问题进行调查研究。本文采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,在借鉴和吸收以往国内外学者的研究成果基础上,从人际交往的基本问题入手,选取辽宁地区四所高校的大学生进行问卷调查及交流访谈,并对获得的第一手资料进行分析,整理出大学生人际交往的现状及存在的问题,并对影响大学生人际交往的因素进行全面系统的分析,最后,在此基础上提出加强大学生人际交往的引导对策与建议。主要研究内容及成果如下:首先,对高校大学生人际交往现状进行调查研究。设计了大学生人际交往现状的调查问卷,并选取辽宁大学、沈阳农业大学、沈阳工学院、辽宁中医药大学四所高校的大学生进行抽样问卷调查,对获得的第一手资料进行分析。调查分析结果显示,当前大学生人际交往现状总体上呈现出令人满意的良好状态,但部分大学生在交往认知、交往心理、价值取向等方面还存在一些问题。这些问题需要引起思想政治教育工作者的重视并加以引导。其次,对影响高校大学生人际交往的因素进行了系统分析。分析指出:由于价值观念多元化的影响、网络不健康信息的影响、市场经济功利化的影响,高校对于大学生人际交往教育教学内容相对匮乏、涉及人际交往的校园文化活动相对较少、针对人际交往障碍的心理咨询不够完善,家庭"重智育轻德育"的培养方式、父母忽视对子女人际交往的引导以及自身交往知识较为欠缺、技巧较为缺乏、实践较为不足等原因,导致了部分大学生人际交往出现问题。最后,提出加强大学生人际交往的引导对策及建议。具体包括:优化有利于大学生人际交往的经济环境、社会舆论环境和网络环境;突出思想政治理论课中关于人际交往教育、组织丰富多彩的校园文化活动、开展校园心理健康咨询教育活动、借助"互联网+ "平台拓宽人际交往渠道;父母应树立科学的教育理念、父母要发挥榜样作用;大学生要主动学习人际交往知识、积极参与社会实践以及提高人际交往技巧和能力。期望这些对策和建议能够对加强大学生人际交往的引导提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal communication is the face of everyone, is the direct embodiment of human and social relations. It is particularly important for college students as successors of socialist cause to establish good interpersonal communication, which is not only an important part of college students' study and life, but also conducive to the growth and development of college students. With the introduction of "Internet", the communication between people is more convenient and frequent, and the good interpersonal ability has become more and more necessary for everyone. However, with the further development of the market economy, the self-profit of the market gradually reflects in the interpersonal communication of college students, which leads to the problems of some college students' interpersonal communication, which affects the overall development and healthy growth of college students. In view of this, select college students interpersonal problems for investigation and research. This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview and so on. On the basis of referring to and absorbing the previous research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper starts with the basic problems of interpersonal communication. This paper selects the students from four colleges and universities in Liaoning province to carry on the questionnaire investigation and the exchange interview, and analyzes the firsthand data obtained, sorting out the present situation and the existing problems of the college students' interpersonal communication. Finally, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the interpersonal communication of college students, the author puts forward the guiding countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the interpersonal communication of college students. The main research contents and results are as follows: firstly, the present situation of college students' interpersonal communication is investigated. This paper designed the questionnaire of college students' interpersonal communication, and selected four college students from Liaoning University, Shenyang Agricultural University, Shenyang Institute of Technology and Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the first-hand data obtained. The results of investigation and analysis show that the present situation of college students' interpersonal communication is generally satisfactory, but some college students still have some problems in the aspects of communication cognition, communication psychology, value orientation and so on. These problems need the attention and guidance of ideological and political educators. Secondly, the factors that affect the interpersonal communication of college students are systematically analyzed. It is pointed out that due to the influence of diversity of values, the influence of unhealthy network information and the utilitarianism of market economy, the teaching contents of college students' interpersonal communication education are relatively scarce. The campus cultural activities involving interpersonal communication are relatively few, the psychological consultation for interpersonal communication obstacles is not perfect enough, and the family training way of "emphasizing intellectual education and not moral education", Parents ignore the guidance of their children's interpersonal communication and lack of communication knowledge, skills, practice and other reasons, resulting in some college students interpersonal problems. Finally, the author puts forward the guiding countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the interpersonal communication of college students. It includes: optimizing the economic environment, social public opinion environment and network environment conducive to the interpersonal communication of college students; highlighting the interpersonal communication education in the ideological and political theory course, organizing colorful campus cultural activities, Carrying out psychological health counseling and education activities on campus, broadening interpersonal communication channels with the help of the "Internet" platform, parents should set up scientific educational ideas, parents should play an exemplary role, college students should take the initiative to learn interpersonal communication knowledge, Actively participate in social practice and improve interpersonal skills and abilities. It is hoped that these countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference for strengthening the guidance of college students'interpersonal communication.
