论高等教育发展的新阶段

【摘要】:20世纪70年代初,马丁·特罗提出了高等教育发展的三个阶段理论,这一理论在国际高等教育界产生了较大影响,并被许多国家作为制定高等教育发展政策的重要理论依据之一,但它也有较大的局限性。在进入21世纪之际,高等教育面临着许多影响其进一步发展的矛盾和问题,不利于教育的发展,并影响经济、社会等方面的健康发展。可以认为,高等教育在经过上世纪较快的发展后,进入了一个新的发展阶段——21世纪高等教育现代化阶段。本文在对高等教育发展的三个阶段理论进行简要评价后,讨论了高等教育发展进入新阶段面临的问题,并进一步分析了21世纪高等教育现代化阶段的内涵及特点,最后简要地提出了当前高等教育发展新阶段的目标和任务。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 1970s, Martin Tero put forward the three stage theory of higher education development. This theory had a great influence on the international higher education circle, and was one of the important theoretical foundations of the development policy of higher education in many countries. But it also has a large limitation. In twenty-first Century, higher education is faced with higher education. Many contradictions and problems that affect its further development are not conducive to the development of education and affect the healthy development of economic, social and other aspects. It can be considered that after the rapid development of the last century, higher education has entered a new stage of development - the present stage of higher education in twenty-first Century. This article is the three development of higher education. After a brief evaluation of the stage theory, this paper discusses the problems faced by the development of higher education in the new stage, and further analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the stage of the modernization of higher education in twenty-first Century. At the end of this paper, the goals and tasks of the new stage of the development of higher education are briefly put forward.
