高考不分文理试点下的职前教师培养模式研究

【摘要】:本研究以高考不分文理制度为政策背景,以促进教师专业素质发展的必然要求、落实招生制度改革试点的政策需要和深化教师培养模式改革的现实要求三方面,作为研究课题开展的依据。研究中阐述了我国师范院校考试招生制度改革的主要历程,结合其对师范专业办学产生的影响对高考制度中招生条件、考试科目、录取办法做了简单的梳理,对高考改革的新政策进行了简单的解读。主要介绍美国、英国、法国、日本等发达国家和亚洲发展中国家印度,国内具有代表性的几所师范大学,以及高考不分文理试点省市(上海市、浙江省)四所师范院校职前教师培养模式改革,并作简要述评。基于文献综述,针对高考不分文理与教师专业人才选拔、教师专业培养与综合素质发展等之间的关系,本研究旨在不违背高等教育的分科教育原则的前提下,在专业化的教师教育人才培养实践中,以中学语文教师职前培养为例,在分析语文教师专业素质构成的基础上,提出“综合培养,有所侧重”的职前教师培养模式改革理念,参照国内已有师范院校培养模式改革案例,结合各类学校实际提供可行化的制度设计,尝试提出可供选择的四种教师培养模式改革方案,以及所需的相关政策支持,为教师职前培养模式改革提供实践参考,以期促进教师教育机构鉴定、师范专业认证标准、教师教育课程标准以及教师资格证书考试、招聘考试等教师教育相关质量体系和制度建设。为了确保职前教师培养模式得到有效的实践,提升教师教育质量,提高中学教师综合素质,笔者针对新形势下不同层次和发展定位的师范院校,尝试提出提高师范生源质量、深化培养模式改革,优化课程计划实施,加强师资队伍建设,增加教育经费投入,实行校地共建联盟六个方面的建议和思考。通过本研究,笔者希冀能丰富教师教育理论,提升教师教育质量观,落实职前教师培养改革,促进教师综合素质培养。研究的最终目的在于,为地方教育部门推进高校招生制度改革提供决策咨询,为高等院校改进教师专业人才培养模式提供实践参考,促进教师教育机构资质鉴定和师范专业认证标准评价。
[Abstract]:This study takes the college entrance examination system as the policy background, in order to promote the development of teachers' professional quality, carry out the policy needs of the pilot reform of enrollment system and deepen the practical requirements of the reform of the teacher training model, three aspects of the policy background, in order to promote the development of teachers' professional quality, are three aspects. It mainly introduces the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Japan and other developed countries and the developing countries of Asia, India, several representative normal universities in China, as well as the pilot provinces and cities without distinction between arts and sciences in the college entrance examination (Shanghai). Referring to the cases of training mode reform in normal colleges and universities in China, and combining with the practical system design of various schools, this paper tries to put forward four kinds of teacher training mode reform schemes which can be chosen, and the relevant policy support needed. To provide practical reference for the reform of teacher pre-service training mode, in order to promote teacher education institution appraisal, teacher education professional certification standard, teacher education curriculum standard and teacher qualification certificate examination. Recruitment examination and other teacher education related quality system and system construction. In order to ensure the effective practice of pre-service teacher training mode, improve the quality of teacher education and improve the comprehensive quality of middle school teachers, the author tries to improve the quality of normal students in different levels and development orientation of normal colleges under the new situation. To deepen the reform of training mode, to optimize the implementation of curriculum plan, to strengthen the construction of teachers, to increase the input of educational funds, and to carry out the suggestions and thoughts on six aspects of the alliance of co-construction of schools and land. Through this study, the author hopes to enrich the theory of teacher education, improve the concept of teacher education quality, carry out the reform of pre-service teacher training, and promote the comprehensive quality training of teachers. The ultimate purpose of the study is to provide decision-making advice for local education departments to promote the reform of college enrollment system, and to provide practical reference for colleges and universities to improve the training mode of teachers' professional talents. To promote the qualification appraisal of teacher education institutions and the evaluation of teacher-training professional certification standards.
