学生参与大学治理的有效路径研究

【摘要】：大学是多个利益主体共同构成的组织,而学生群体是其中的一个核心利益主体。随着我国高等教育向国际化、现代化、科技化方向发展,让学生真正参与到大学内部治理的过程,不仅是当代世界高等教育管理发展背景下的基本要求,还是实现大学内部治理有效性的必然趋势。但是从目前学生参与大学治理的范围、途径和效果等方面来看,学生参与大学治理在实践过程中仍然存在较多现实问题。在大学治理过程中,学生参与的不足甚至缺位,违背了高等教育“以生为本”的教育理念,阻碍了现代高等教育管理发展的进程,影响高校的转型与发展,更加阻碍了大学治理中学生作为利益主体的权利的实现,不利于其全面发展。基于此,本研究从探究学生参与大学治理的有效路径出发,从理论与实践两个层面深入探讨,分析学生参与大学治理的存在的现实困境,旨在提高大学治理过程中学生参与的有效性,以弥补学生参与大学治理的不足问题。通过界定本研究中“学生参与”、“大学治理”、“路径”等关键词的内涵,以及分析大学治理的外延——这里主要是通过分析大学管理与治理的关系来分析它的外延——来确定本研究中“学生参与大学治理”的概念,是本研究进行深入探讨的理论前提和铺垫。通过对收集到的文献资料的梳理与分析,为学生参与大学治理寻找理论基础和学科依据。“治理理论”、“利益相关者理论”、“教育消费者理论”、“教育民主化理论”和“主体教育管理观理论”等理论,这使学生能够参与大学管理找到了理论依据。本研究从政治学,经济学,社会学,教育学和管理学几个学科层面深入分析学生参与大学治理的学科依据,因此,大学治理过程中的学生参与有其重要的理论依据。学生参与大学治理是当代高等教育改革与发展的需要,是促进高校内部治理的需要,同时也是学生参与大学治理实践的现实需要。本研究运用收集和分析资料的方法,通过分析文献和问卷调查找到我国学生参与大学治理存在的困境。在大学治理过程中学生参与不足主要表现在学生参与的认知欠缺、学生参与范围过小、学生参与渠道不畅以及学生参与效果不佳等几个方面。从社会层面、制度层面、高校环境和学生自身等方面深入剖析,明确学生参与大学治理存在困境的原因有传统教育管理观念的制约、学生参与治理的范围过小、学生参与缺乏完善制度保障和学生对于自身的主体性认识不够。综合以上分析,在大学治理中,应坚持多元治理的理念,也就是让每个利益相关的主体都能参与大学治理的过程,以实现利益最大化。转变教育管理观念,以生为本,为学生参与大学治理创造和谐的校内环境;明确学生参与大学治理的范围;拓展学生参与渠道;完善学生参与制度;提高学生参与大学治理的主体性认识等几个方面来为我国学生参与大学治理提供对策和建议。
[Abstract]:The university is an organization composed of many stakeholders, and the student group is one of the core interests. With the development of higher education in the direction of internationalization, modernization and science and technology, it is not only the basic requirement of the development of higher education management in the contemporary world, but also for the students to participate in the internal governance of the University. It is an inevitable trend to realize the effectiveness of internal governance in universities. However, there are still many practical problems in the practice process of students participating in university governance in terms of the scope, ways and effects of students' participation in university governance. In the process of university governance, the lack or even absence of students' participation is contrary to the "birth based" of higher education. The idea of education hinders the process of the development of modern higher education management and affects the transformation and development of colleges and universities, which has hindered the realization of the rights of the students as the main body of the University, which is not conducive to its overall development. Based on this, this research begins with the effective path of exploring the students' participation in university governance, and from the two layers of theory and practice. In order to improve the effectiveness of students' participation in the process of university governance and to make up for the insufficiency of students' participation in university governance, the connotation of the key words such as "student participation", "university governance", "path" and the analysis of university governance are analyzed. The extension of this study is mainly by analyzing the relationship between management and governance of university to analyze its extension - to determine the concept of "student participation in university governance" in this study. It is the theoretical premise and paving of this study. To find the theoretical basis and subject basis. "Governance theory", "stakeholder theory", "educational consumer theory", "Educational Democratization Theory" and "the theory of subjective education management concept", which enable students to participate in university management have found a theoretical basis. This study is from politics, economics, sociology, education and management. The students participation in the process of university governance has its important theoretical basis. The participation of students in university governance is the need for the reform and development of contemporary higher education and the need to promote the internal governance of colleges and universities, as well as the students' participation in the practice of university governance. This study uses the methods of collecting and analyzing data to find out the difficulties of Chinese students' participation in university governance through the analysis of literature and questionnaire. In the process of university governance, the lack of participation of middle school students is mainly manifested in the lack of cognition, the small participation range of students, the poor participation channels of students and the effect of students' participation in the process of university governance. From the social level, the institutional level, the university environment and the students themselves, it is clear that the reasons for the difficulties of the students' participation in the university governance are the restriction of the traditional education management concept, the small scope of the students' participation in the governance, the students' participation in the lack of good system guarantee and the students' subjective understanding of their own. Not enough. In the comprehensive analysis, in the university governance, we should adhere to the concept of multiple governance, that is, to make each stakeholder involved in the process of university governance, in order to maximize the benefits, change the concept of education management, take birth as the base, create a harmonious campus environment for the students to participate in university governance, and make clear the students' participation in the university governance. It provides some countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese students to participate in university governance.
