协作与博弈:跨学科研究团队构建的困境

【摘要】：在跨学科研究中,来自不同学科领域的研究成员,运用各自领域的知识与方法,解决一个共同的研究问题。跨学科研究合作越来越普遍,如何构建高效的跨学科研究团队成为一个重要问题。跨学科研究团队的高效协作建立在四个要素上:有效的沟通交流、优良的组织成员、共同的组织目标、稳定的资金来源。同时,跨学科研究团队内部存在着多种博弈,包括学科文化的博弈、学科研究与跨学科研究的博弈、学科地位的博弈、学术评价制度的博弈。以跨学科研究组织SIO为案例,分析其变迁进程中发挥作用的要素,以及为减少无效博弈而采取的措施。由此,从两个方面提出构建高效的跨学科研究团队的措施:构建跨学科研究团队的发展支持平台、营造支持性的组织环境。
[Abstract]:In interdisciplinary research, researchers from different disciplines use their knowledge and methods to solve a common research problem. Cross-disciplinary research cooperation is becoming more and more common, how to build an efficient cross-disciplinary research team has become an important issue. The efficient collaboration of interdisciplinary research teams is based on four elements: effective communication, excellent organization members, common organizational goals, and stable funding sources. At the same time, there are many kinds of games within the interdisciplinary research team, including the game of discipline culture, the game of discipline research and interdisciplinary research, the game of discipline status, and the game of academic evaluation system. Taking the interdisciplinary research organization SIO as an example, this paper analyzes the factors that play a role in the process of its transition, and the measures taken to reduce the invalid game. Therefore, this paper puts forward the measures of constructing an efficient interdisciplinary research team from two aspects: constructing the development support platform of the interdisciplinary research team and creating a supportive organizational environment.
