中国高等教育效率的区域差异及空间收敛性研究

【摘要】：基于1999~2013年的省级面板数据,运用非径向SBM模型对中国30个省区市的高等教育效率进行了测算,在此基础上运用空间自相关分析法对高等教育效率的空间关联性进行验证,并使用空间计量模型对中国高等教育效率的收敛性及影响因素进行了分析。研究表明,1999~2013年中国高等教育效率呈现"先小幅上升,后保持平稳,再小幅上升"的变化趋势,整体效率在71.6%~76.5%之间;中国高等教育效率存在β收敛特征,地理因素和社会特征对高等教育效率具有显著的空间溢出效应;地区开放程度、高等教育管理水平与高等教育效率收敛性正相关,高等教育平均规模对高等教育效率收敛性有负向影响,地区经济发展水平对高等教育效率收敛性影响不显著。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial panel data from 1999 to 2013, this paper uses non-radial SBM model to measure the efficiency of higher education in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and cities in China. On this basis, spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to verify the spatial relevance of the efficiency of higher education. The convergence and influencing factors of the efficiency of higher education in China are analyzed by using the spatial econometric model. The research shows that the efficiency of higher education in China shows a trend of "small increase first, then keep steady, then slightly increase", the overall efficiency is 71.6% and 76.5%, and the efficiency of higher education in China has the characteristic of 尾 convergence. Geographical factors and social characteristics have significant spatial spillover effects on the efficiency of higher education, the degree of regional openness, the level of higher education management and the convergence of higher education efficiency are positively related. The average scale of higher education has a negative effect on the convergence of higher education efficiency, while the level of regional economic development has no significant effect on the convergence of higher education efficiency.
