江西共产主义劳动大学的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:国内外思想政治教育环境在不断变化,思想政治教育者迫切需要跳出偏重思想政治教育理论与现实问题研究的局限,从之前的思想政治教育工作中总结经验和教训,在实践中创造出思想政治教育新形式、新内容和新途径来解决新问题。当我们把目光投向江西共大,发现其建立时不仅面临着物资匮乏、经费短缺、师生疑虑等实际问题,还承受着社会舆论的压力,切实有效的思想政治教育在江西共大的建立和发展过程中有着举足轻重的作用。本文立足于当前思想政治教育中存在的问题,运用个案分析的方法对江西共大思想政治教育缘何而起、具体内容及如何开展进行辩证、历史的考察和分析,在此基础上总结江西共大思想政治教育的成功经验,进而鉴别和吸收,旨在为改善当前的思想政治教育工作提供些许参考和借鉴。关于江西共大思想政治教育的缘何而起,本文重点对江西共大由半工半读的办校方针和社来社去的分配方式引发的内忧和外患进行考察。所谓内忧,就是校内师生的疑虑,而外患即外界对江西共大的嘲讽和质疑。此外,传统劳动观更是为江西共大的建立和发展平添障碍。为扫除内忧外患及传统劳动观的影响,在人的全面发展教育的要求及指导下,江西共大开展了思想政治教育。关于江西共大思想政治教育的具体内容及如何开展,本文主要运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法,力图还原江西共大思想政治教育的原貌。通过对已掌握的资料进行归纳分析,可知江西共大针对前文提到的问题进行了理想信念教育、劳动观教育和独具特色的学农爱农务农教育、前途教育。思想政治教育的有效性不仅有赖于内容的针对性还在于方法的合理及可行性。结合思想政治教育的内容江西共大综合运用了劳动锻炼、榜样示范、办学问题大辩论和理论联系实际的方法,为消除外界舆论压力江西共大思想政治教育还做到校内与校外相结合,真正做到学校、家庭、社会相结合,调动了一切积极因素。一分为二的看,江西共大思想政治教育也存在片面理解半工半读、红专辩论代替深入细致的思想政治教育等问题。虽说是瑕瑜互见但总体来说是瑕不掩瑜的。关于江西共大思想政治教育的现实启示,本着借古鉴今的立场,结合当前思想政治教育中存在的理想信念多元化、教学方式单一化、课内课外分离化等问题,提出以下借鉴:一,以理想信念为核心,加强思想政治教育;二,整合资源,确保思想政治教育的有效性;三,丰富途径,提高思想政治教育的创新性;四,立足实际,加强思想政治教育的针对性。
[Abstract]:The environment of ideological and political education at home and abroad is constantly changing. Ideological and political educators urgently need to jump out of the limitations of focusing on the theoretical and practical problems of ideological and political education, and sum up experience and lessons from the previous work of ideological and political education. In practice, new forms, new contents and new ways of ideological and political education are created to solve new problems. When we turned our eyes to Jiangxi Communist University, we found that when it was established, it was faced not only with practical problems such as lack of materials, shortage of funds, doubts between teachers and students, but also the pressure of public opinion. Effective ideological and political education plays an important role in the establishment and development of Jiangxi Communist University. Based on the problems existing in the current ideological and political education, this paper uses the method of case analysis to analyze why the ideological and political education in Jiangxi Communist University began, the concrete content and how to carry out dialectical, historical investigation and analysis. On this basis, the successful experience of ideological and political education in Jiangxi Communist University is summarized, and then identified and absorbed in order to provide some reference and reference for improving the current ideological and political education work. As to why the ideological and political education of Jiangxi Communist University started, this paper focuses on the internal worries and external troubles caused by the school management policy of Jiangxi Communist University and the distribution mode of the society coming to and going to the Communist University of Jiangxi Province. The so-called internal worries, is the misgivings of teachers and students on campus, and external troubles, that is, the outside world mocking and questioning Jiangxi Communist University. In addition, the traditional view of labor is a barrier to the establishment and development of Jiangxi Communist Party. In order to eliminate the influence of internal and external problems and the traditional view of labor, the ideological and political education was carried out in Jiangxi under the requirement and guidance of the all-round development education of human beings. About the concrete content and how to carry out the ideological and political education in Jiangxi Communist University, this paper mainly uses the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to try to restore the original appearance of the ideological and political education of Jiangxi Communist University. Through the summary and analysis of the data we have mastered, we can see that Jiangxi Communist University has carried on the education of ideal and belief, the education of labor concept, the education of loving agriculture and agriculture with special characteristics, and the education of future in view of the problems mentioned above. The validity of ideological and political education depends not only on the pertinence of contents, but also on the rationality and feasibility of methods. In combination with the content of ideological and political education, Jiangxi Communist University has comprehensively used the methods of labor training, model demonstration, big debate on the issue of running a school, and linking theory with practice. In order to eliminate the external pressure of public opinion, the ideological and political education of Jiangxi Communist University can also combine the school with the outside, and truly combine the school, family and society, and mobilize all the positive factors. The ideological and political education in Jiangxi Communist University also has some problems, such as one-sided understanding and half-reading, and red debate instead of in-depth and meticulous ideological and political education. Concealer is mixed, but on the whole, it's not a blemish. With regard to the practical enlightenment of ideological and political education in Jiangxi Communist University, and in the light of the stand of learning from the past and the present, and in the light of the diversity of ideals and beliefs existing in the current ideological and political education, the single teaching method, the separation of the inside and outside classes, and so on, Put forward the following lessons: first, take ideal and belief as the core, strengthen ideological and political education; second, integrate resources to ensure the effectiveness of ideological and political education; third, enrich ways to improve the innovation of ideological and political education; fourth, base on reality, Strengthen the pertinence of ideological and political education.
