价值观视角下大学生志愿服务研究

【摘要】：随着社会的不断发展,志愿服务逐渐成为推动社会前进的重要力量,大学生群体更是成为志愿服务活动的主要参加者。这不仅对高校的德育工作产生了有利影响,也对整个社会的文明和谐发挥了重要作用。社会主义核心价值观作为高校思想政治教育的重要目标和社会精神文明建设的鲜明旗帜,大学生应当在日常生活中重点学习和树立。志愿服务为社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行提供了重要平台。大学生参与志愿服务活动,从国家层面的价值目标看,有利于强化他们的民主意识和文明和谐理念;从社会层面的价值目标看,有利于增强他们的自由平等思想和公正观念;从学校层面的价值目标看,有利于激发他们的求真创新精神和共同体意识;从个人层面的价值目标看,有利于培育他们的爱国敬业精神和诚信友善美德。因此,志愿服务对大学生价值观的培育发挥着重要的作用。但是,由于我国的志愿服务起步较晚,各方面的规章体系有待完善,志愿组织的民主观念不强等原因,志愿服务在培育大学生价值观方面还存在一些问题。本论文将志愿服务活动与大学生价值观培育紧密结合,主要分为三部分。第一部分在阐述大学生志愿服务相关概念的基础上,从理论角度论证志愿服务对培育大学生的四个层面即国家层面、社会层面、学校层面和个人层面价值目标的重要作用。第二部分通过问卷的调查与分析,透过价值来考查大学生志愿服务是否实现了价值教育的目标,并以志愿服务的开始阶段、过程和结束阶段为切入点,探讨志愿服务没有培育出大学生某些价值观的原因。第三部分在借鉴国外志愿服务的成功经验的条件下,根据具体实际指出通过志愿服务更全面地培育大学生价值观的对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, voluntary service has gradually become an important force to promote the advancement of society, and college students have become the main participants in voluntary service activities. This not only has a beneficial effect on the moral education in colleges and universities, but also plays an important role in the civilization and harmony of the whole society. As an important goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and a bright banner of the construction of social spiritual civilization, the core values of socialism should be studied and set up emphatically in the daily life of college students. Voluntary service provides an important platform for the cultivation and practice of socialist core values. The participation of college students in voluntary service activities is beneficial to strengthen their democratic consciousness and harmonious concept of civilization from the value goal of the national level, to strengthen their free and equal thought and the concept of justice from the value goal of the social level. From the point of view of the value goal at the school level, it is beneficial to stimulate their spirit of seeking truth and innovation and the sense of community, and from the value goal of the individual level, it is helpful to cultivate their patriotic spirit of devotion to work and the virtue of honesty and kindness. Therefore, voluntary service plays an important role in the cultivation of college students' values. However, due to the late start of voluntary service in China, the need to improve the regulatory system in all aspects, and the weak democratic concept of voluntary organizations, there are still some problems in the cultivation of college students' values. This paper combines voluntary service activities with the cultivation of college students' values, which is divided into three parts. On the basis of expounding the related concepts of college students' voluntary service, the first part demonstrates the important role of voluntary service on the four levels of cultivating college students, namely, the national level, the social level, the school level and the individual level, from the theoretical point of view. The second part through the questionnaire investigation and analysis, through the value to examine whether the university student volunteer service has realized the value education goal, and regards the voluntary service beginning stage, the process and the ending stage as the breakthrough point, To explore the reasons why volunteer service has not cultivated some values of college students. The third part points out the countermeasures of cultivating college students' values more comprehensively through voluntary service under the condition of drawing lessons from the successful experience of foreign voluntary service.
