基于中国知网数据分析的内蒙古农业大学教师学术影响力研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的飞速增长,市场经济的运行以及全球化速度的突飞猛进使越来越多的人逐渐意识到未来将成为以科技研发能力的高低来论成败的时代.缺乏学术创新能力的国家是很难立足于世界民族之林的。本文通过中国知网数据库对内蒙古农业大学教师近10年发表学术论文情况分析研究发现,近些年无论在国内还是在国外内蒙古农业大学教师学术影响力都有很大的提高;与国内农林院校.相比具有一定的学术影响力,但是还有待进一步提升;与区内高校相比学术影响力突出表现在优势学科方面。这不仅为新形势下的内蒙古农业大学教师学术研究提供新的依据与视角,而且对深化学术研究工作具有一定的价值。本文主要分为四个部分,第一部分通过查阅资料分析国内外研究的现状。第二部分介绍相关的概念和研究方法。第三部分针对中国知网数据对内蒙古农业大学教师的学术影响力进行现状分析,并找出具体存在的问题。第四部分针对问题,找出具体的原因,然后在问题原因的基础上,提出可行性的建议对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of social economy, the operation of market economy and the rapid development of globalization, more and more people gradually realize that the future will be the era of the success or failure of science and technology research and development ability. It is difficult for countries lacking the ability of academic innovation to stand among the nations of the world. Through the analysis of the academic papers published by the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University in recent 10 years, this paper finds that the academic influence of the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University has been greatly improved in recent years, both at home and abroad. And domestic agricultural and forestry colleges and universities. Compared with the regional colleges and universities, the academic influence is prominent in the dominant disciplines. This not only provides a new basis and perspective for the academic research of the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University under the new situation, but also has certain value for deepening the academic research work. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research through consulting data. The second part introduces the related concepts and research methods. The third part analyzes the current situation of the academic influence of the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and finds out the specific problems. The fourth part aims at the problem, finds out the concrete reason, then puts forward the feasible suggestion countermeasure on the basis of the problem reason.
