模糊容忍度团体辅导对大学生生涯决策困难的影响

【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在考察模糊容忍度团体辅导对大学生生涯决策困难的影响。方法:采用实验组、对照组前后测的实验设计,以基于模糊容忍度相关理论而设计的团体辅导方案,对北京市两所高校的18名学生进行干预(对照组30人),以生涯决策模糊容忍度量表、生涯决策困难问卷和生涯决策自我效能量表为评估工具。结果:团体辅导后,实验组被试生涯决策模糊容忍度中的回避性得分显著低于前测(t=-5.57,P0.001),生涯决策自我效能得分显著高于前测(t=6.89,P0.001),生涯决策困难得分显著低于前测(t=-3.08,P0.01);而对照组被试在各指标上的前后测差异不显著。结论:模糊容忍度团体辅导能降低大学生的生涯决策困难。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of group counseling of fuzzy tolerance on career decision-making difficulties of college students. Methods: the experimental design of the experimental group and the control group were used, and the group counseling program was designed based on the theory of fuzzy tolerance. Eighteen students from two universities in Beijing (control group, 30 students) were treated with the scale of fuzzy tolerance of career decision, the questionnaire of career decision-making difficulty and the scale of self-efficacy of career decision. Results: after group counseling, In the experimental group, the score of avoidance in the fuzzy tolerance of career decision was significantly lower than that in the pre-test (t-5.57, P0.001), the score of self-efficacy in career decision-making was significantly higher than that in the pre-test (tr 6.89, P0.001), and the score of career decision making difficulty was significantly lower than that in the pre-test (t-3.08, P0.01), while that in the control group was significantly lower than that in each index. There was no significant difference before and after the test. Conclusion: group counseling with fuzzy tolerance can reduce the career decision-making difficulties of college students.
