高校智库建设的理论与实践思考

【摘要】：社会各界对高校智库建设的主流评价积极正面,但也不乏质疑的声音,对此进行深入思考很有必要。文章结合理论与案例,探讨"为什么要建设高校智库""什么是高校智库""如何建设高校智库"等亟需解决的理论与实践基本问题,回应了"高校能否建智库""高校智库建设是否过热""高校智库建设的形式与内容"等疑问。高校智库建设是大学功能的现代表达与路径拓展,能与学科建设相得益彰,促进哲学社会科学话语转型。高校智库建设应注重协同发展,形成合力;注重内涵发展,走以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展道路,形成特色;注重创新发展,形成可持续发展的长效机制。
[Abstract]:The mainstream evaluation of the university think tank construction is positive and positive, but there are many questioning voices, so it is necessary to think deeply about it. Based on the theory and cases, this paper discusses the basic theoretical and practical problems such as "why to build a university think tank", "what is a university think tank" and "how to build a university think tank". This paper answers the questions of whether universities can build think tanks, whether the construction of university think tanks is overheated and the form and content of university think tanks construction. The construction of university think tank is the modern expression and path expansion of university function, which can complement the discipline construction and promote the transformation of philosophy and social science discourse. The construction of the university think tank should pay attention to the coordinated development, form the resultant force, pay attention to the connotation development, take the implicit development road with improving the quality as the core, form the characteristic, pay attention to the innovation development, form the long-term effect mechanism of the sustainable development.
