河南省高校运动训练专业应届毕业生就业意向调查研究

【摘要】:大学毕业生的就业问题是整个社会长久以来持续关注的焦点。自1999年高校扩招以来,我国的高等教育逐渐从精英教育向大众教育转变,大学毕业生人数逐年增长。伴随着社会经济的飞速发展,加之金融危机对就业的不利影响还没有完全消除,大学毕业生就业形势越来越严峻也成了社会的公识。经过了数十年的寒窗苦读,毕业生即将走出校门,踏入社会。背负着家庭的期望和实现自己人生价值的目的,就业毫无疑问对其人生具有重大的意义。我国目前已有89所高校具备了招收运动训练专业的资格,河南省有6所高校开设了运动训练专业,但是通过河南省就业指导中心和河南省教育厅获得的数据分析,却了解到河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生就业率并不令人乐观。本研究通过对河南省高校运动训练专业应届毕业生的就业意向进行调查,并分析影响就业意向的各种因素,探讨运动训练专业毕业生就业中存在的问题,提出促进河南省高校运动训练专业学生就业的建议和对策,以期对河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生的就业有所帮助。本文的研究主要采取了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等主要研究方法,研究通过对河南省高校运动训练专业应届毕业生在对待就业前景的态度、选择就业职位倾向、就业地域倾向、薪酬的考虑、就业信息获取来源、希望获得学校提供的具体就业指导帮助以及求职过程中最欠缺的能力等方面进行调查研究,初步得出以下结论。(一)河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生在就业单位选择的意向上呈多元化。主要趋向为各类学校、行政事业单位、体育产业部门、自主创业。(二)河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生在就业地域选择的意向上呈多样化。主要集中于沿海地区和北上广深等经济发达地区、内地省会地区和中小型城市。但是选择去乡镇和偏远地区的人很少。(三)河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生在就业薪酬的意向上期望偏高;在就业学校的选择上较为务实;在对待专业对口的问题上不再抓住不放,愿意从事专业不对口的工作。(四)河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生在就业选择时以自身的发展最为看重,其次选择听从父母、老师、恋人等的建议。(五)学生普遍认为在面试过程中存在缺乏面试技巧、教学经验,心理心态不够成熟及语言表达能力较弱和沟通能力较差等问题。希望从学校获得更为全面的就业指导,提升自身就业成功率。河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生就业形势严峻是摆在眼前的事实。大学生必须重视文化知识和专业技能的掌握;提高自身的实践能力和综合素质;树立正确的人生观、择业观和价值观;保持良好积极的心态和做好充分的准备来面对当下社会大学生就业难的问题。学校更应完善和深入就业指导工作,加强学生政治思想上的教育,为国家培育出适应社会需求的全面型、复合型体育人才。通过调查和研究河南省高校运动训练专业毕业生就业意向及其影响因素,并从中找出问题的所在,对解决大学生就业难的问题具有重要的价值。
[Abstract]:The employment problem of college graduates is the focus of continuous attention for a long time. Since the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, the higher education in China has gradually changed from elite education to mass education. The number of college graduates has increased year by year. With the rapid development of social economy, the adverse effects of financial crisis on employment have not yet finished. Full elimination, the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious. After decades of hard reading, graduates are coming out of the school and entering the society. Carrying out the expectations of the family and the purpose of realizing their life value, the employment has no doubt that it has great significance to the people. At present, there are 89 colleges and universities in China. With the qualification of recruiting sports training major, 6 colleges and universities in Henan have set up sports training majors, but through the data analysis obtained by the Henan employment guidance center and the Education Department of Henan Province, it is not optimistic that the employment rate of the college graduates in Henan province is not very optimistic. This study has passed the training of colleges and universities in Henan province. The employment intention of the professional graduates is investigated, and the various factors affecting the employment intention are analyzed, the problems existing in the employment of the sports training major graduates are discussed, and the suggestions and Countermeasures to promote the employment of the college sports training students in Henan are proposed in order to help the graduates of the sports training major in Henan province. The main research methods of this paper are literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other main research methods. Through the study of the attitude towards the employment prospects for the graduates of Henan college sports training major, the orientation of employment position, the field tendency of employment, the consideration of salary, the source of obtaining employment information, and the hope of obtaining the sources of employment information are mainly studied. In the hope of obtaining the specific employment guidance provided by the school and the lack of ability in the process of job hunting, the following conclusions have been made. (1) the intention of the graduates of sports training major in Henan province is diversified in the choice of employment units. The main trend is the various schools, administrative institutions, and the sports industry department, Two. (two) the graduates of college sports training major are diversified in the choice of employment region. They are mainly concentrated in the coastal areas and the advanced areas such as the north and Guangzhou, the mainland province and the small and medium cities. But there are few people in the towns and the remote areas. (three) the college sports training specialty in Henan province. The students expect to be higher in the intention of employment salary; they are more pragmatic in the choice of employment schools; they are no longer holding on to the problem of professional counterpart, and are willing to engage in professional misconduct. (four) the graduates of college sports training major in Henan province pay most attention to their own development when they choose employment, and then choose to listen to their parents. Teachers, lovers and other suggestions. (five) students generally believe that there are some problems in the interview process, such as lack of interview skills, teaching experience, lack of mental state of mind, weak language expression ability and poor communication ability. We hope to get more comprehensive employment guidance from the school and improve the success rate of self employment. College sports training major in Henan province. The grim situation of the employment of the graduates is a fact in front of us. College students must attach importance to the mastery of cultural knowledge and professional skills, improve their practical ability and comprehensive quality, set up a correct outlook on life, choose a career outlook and value, and keep a good positive attitude and full preparation to face the problem of the difficult employment of the present college students. The school should improve and deepen the employment guidance work, strengthen the students' political and ideological education, cultivate a comprehensive and complex type of sports talents for the state to meet the needs of the society. Through the investigation and study of the employment intention and the influencing factors of the graduates of the college sports training major in Henan Province, and to find out the problems, to solve the college students. The problem of difficult employment is of great value.
