研究型大学在区域创新集群中的作用研究:以美国五大生物医药集聚区为例

【摘要】：作为典型的创新——资本密集型产业,生物医药产业的发展需要大量的技术积累,从创新组织模式上看,构建产学研合作关系是这一产业持续发展的关键。在美国众多生物医药创新集群中,马萨诸塞、北卡罗来纳、旧金山、圣地亚哥和华盛顿——巴尔的摩五大集聚区最为典型,基础研究的有力保证、风险资金的强力支持以及地方政府的大力推动等因素共同推动了美国生物医药产业的快速发展。本文将以五大生物医药集聚区作为案例,从产业组织、科技园区、中介机构、科技成果转化等角度归纳总结美国生物医药创新集群发展的政策支持体系,探究研究型大学在区域创新体系建设中的作用与有效服务机制。
[Abstract]:As a typical innovation-capital-intensive industry, the development of biomedical industry needs a large amount of technology accumulation. From the perspective of innovation organization mode, the key to the sustainable development of this industry is to establish a cooperative relationship between industry, university and research. Among the many biomedical innovation clusters in the United States, Massachusetts, North Carolina, San Francisco, San Diego and Washington-Baltimore are the most typical of the five largest clusters, with a strong guarantee of basic research. The strong support of venture capital and the strong push of local government promote the rapid development of biomedical industry in the United States. In this paper, five biopharmaceutical agglomeration areas are taken as cases to summarize the policy support system for the development of biomedical innovation clusters in the United States from the perspectives of industrial organization, science and technology parks, intermediary organizations, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Explore the role of research universities in the construction of regional innovation system and effective service mechanism.
