高校战略管理中的沟通协调

【摘要】：战略管理是各类高校实现"双一流"建设目标的有效途径,沟通协调贯穿于高校战略管理体系全过程。本文在论述沟通协调对于高校战略管理重要性的基础上,结合高校战略管理体系的具体环节,深入阐述了沟通协调在其中的实际运用,并指出保持全过程和全方位的沟通协调是高校战略管理成功的根本与核心。
[Abstract]:Strategic management is an effective way for all kinds of colleges and universities to achieve the goal of "double first-class" construction, and communication and coordination runs through the whole process of university strategic management system. On the basis of discussing the importance of communication and coordination to the strategic management of colleges and universities, this paper, combined with the specific links of the strategic management system of colleges and universities, expounds in depth the practical application of communication coordination in it. It is pointed out that maintaining the whole process and overall communication and coordination is the fundamental and core of the success of university strategic management.
