立德树人是高等学校的根本任务——兼论西南联大的育人经验

【摘要】：立德树人是高等教育的重要任务。在当前高等学校的办学实践中,人才培养被忽视、受冷落是普遍的现象,是不争的事实。中国高校人才培养工作受冷落的原因主要有三:一是高校与政府、与社会的关系扭曲错位;二是功利浮躁的社会环境;三是人才培养活动本身的长期性、滞后性与复杂性。抗战时期的西南联大在人才培养方面为高校树立了成功的典范。该校具有先进的办学理念、一流的师资队伍、科学的治理结构、良好的育人氛围,其成功经验值得当今高校借鉴。当前,高等学校要回归立德树人的新常态,就应当积极推进"放管服"改革,切实落实高校办学自主权;建立健全高校内部治理体系,激发高校人才培养的内在动力;高校自身也要抓住关键环节,打好组合拳,如凝练办学思想、组织师资队伍、优选教学模式、加强学风建设等,真正让立德树人在高等学校落地生根、开花结果。
[Abstract]:It is an important task for higher education to build up people. In the practice of running colleges and universities at present, it is a universal phenomenon and an indisputable fact that talent training is ignored and neglected. There are three main reasons for the neglect of talent training in Chinese colleges and universities: first, the relationship between universities and the government is distorted and misplaced with the society; second, the social environment of utilitarian impetuosity; third, the long-term nature, lag and complexity of the talent training activities themselves. During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Southwest University set a successful example for colleges and universities in terms of personnel training. The school has advanced idea of running a school, first-class teachers, scientific management structure, good atmosphere of educating people, and its successful experience is worth learning from today's colleges and universities. At present, if colleges and universities want to return to the new normal, they should actively promote the reform of "management and service", implement the autonomy of running a university, establish and improve the internal governance system of colleges and universities, and stimulate the internal motive force of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities themselves should grasp the key links, play a good combination of fist, such as condensing the idea of running a school, organizing the teaching staff, selecting the teaching model, strengthening the construction of the style of study, and so on, so that the students can take root and blossom and bear fruit in the institutions of higher learning.
