新时期大学生法律意识培养问题研究

【摘要】：建设法治国家、法治社会、法治政府已成为新时代的迫切任务。法治中国目标的实现,不仅需要完备的社会主义法律体系,健全的社会主义法律制度,更重要的是要培养公民的法律意识和法律素养。大学生作为法治国家和法治社会建设的主体,他们法律意识的高低对社会主义法治国家的建设进程和国家法治化水平有重要影响,会影响到未来法治中国目标的实现。随着国家对大学生法治教育重视程度的提高和对大学生法治教育投入力度的增大,大学生普遍认识到了法律的重要性,学法的积极性和主动性有所提高,法律意识和法律觉悟逐渐提高。但是,近年来,大学生违法犯罪比率逐年提高,一系列违法犯罪案件的发生都折射出我国大学生法治教育的缺陷和大学生法律意识的淡薄,暴露出我国大学生法治观念和法律信仰缺失等问题。对当代大学生法律意识存在的问题进行分析研究,逐渐提高当代大学生的法律意识和法治观念已经成为十分迫切的学术与实践任务。通过问卷调查、访谈等方法了解我国大学生法律意识的现状。通过对大学生法律意识现状的了解,分析大学生法律意识现状的原因,针对原因提出大学生法律意识的培养途径。法律意识、大学生法律意识基础知识和大学生法律意识培养的理论研究是基础,而法治中国的建设、社会主义核心价值观的践行、平安和谐法治校园环境的构建、大学生综合素质的提高和健康成长是整个研究的现实意义所在。坚持一切从实际出发和理论联系实际的原则阐述了新时期大学生法律意识的现状,并从社会、学校、家庭、大学生自身等方面分析了大学生法律意识现状的原因。坚持内外因结合的原则,并借鉴西方国家培养大学生法律意识的有益经验,从国家、社会、学校、家庭及大学生自身等多个角度提出了大学生法律意识的培养途径。大学生法律意识的培养是一项长期艰巨的任务,这项任务的完成需要国家、社会、学校、家庭及大学生自身的共同努力。
[Abstract]:Building a country ruled by law, a society ruled by law and government by law has become an urgent task in the new era. The realization of the goal of ruling by law in China requires not only a complete socialist legal system and a sound socialist legal system, but also the cultivation of citizens' legal consciousness and legal literacy. As the subject of the construction of a country ruled by law and a society under the rule of law, college students' legal consciousness has an important impact on the process of building a socialist country ruled by law and the level of national rule by law, and will affect the realization of the goal of ruling by law in China in the future. With the improvement of the national emphasis on the education of the rule of law and the increase of the investment in the education of the rule of law, the university students generally realize the importance of the law, and the enthusiasm and initiative of learning the law have been improved. Legal consciousness and legal consciousness are gradually raised. However, in recent years, the crime rate of college students has been increasing year by year. The occurrence of a series of illegal and criminal cases reflects the defects of the legal education of college students in our country and the weak legal consciousness of college students. It exposed the lack of the concept of rule of law and legal belief of college students in our country. It has become an urgent academic and practical task to analyze and study the problems existing in the legal consciousness of contemporary college students and gradually improve their legal consciousness and concept of rule of law. Through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to understand the current situation of college students' legal consciousness. Through the understanding of the current situation of college students' legal consciousness, this paper analyzes the reasons of the present situation of university students' legal consciousness, and puts forward the ways to cultivate the college students' legal consciousness. The legal consciousness, the basic knowledge of college students' legal consciousness and the theoretical research on the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness are the basis, while the construction of the rule of law China, the practice of the socialist core values, the construction of the peaceful and harmonious campus environment under the rule of law, The improvement of comprehensive quality and healthy growth of college students is the practical significance of the whole study. This paper expounds the present situation of college students' legal consciousness in the new period, and analyzes the reasons of the present situation of college students' legal consciousness from the aspects of society, school, family and college students themselves. Adhering to the principle of combination of internal and external causes, and drawing on the beneficial experience of western countries in cultivating college students' legal consciousness, this paper puts forward the ways to cultivate college students' legal consciousness from many angles, such as country, society, school, family and college students themselves. The cultivation of college students' legal consciousness is a long and arduous task, which needs the joint efforts of the country, society, school, family and college students themselves.
