美国精英文理学院人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:美国精英文理学院一直被视为“本科教育的典范”,以高质量的教学著称,为美国各行各业培养无数精英,这种高质量的人才培养模式值得我国借鉴和学习。秉持借鉴和学习的诉求来研究美国精英文理学院人才培养模式。本文力图从美国精英文理学院人才培养模式的各构成要素、特色和影响因素等方面进行分析,总结美国精英文理学院人才培养模式的经验,并试图将其经验应用于我国高校改革,以完善我国高校人才培养模式。本研究基本思路首先以了解美国文理学院在美国高等教育中的重要地位、经典地位及我国现实需求为出发点,澄明“文理学院”、“人才培养模式”等核心概念,梳理国内外已有研究成果,发现文理学院人才培养模式的研究相对零散,都是从文理学院人才培养模式的某一构成要素片面的分析和研究。本研究试图通过努力弥补该方面空白。其次,归纳美国文理学院的发展的历史与现状。通过对美国文理学院相关文献进行分析,将文理学院发展历史划分为产生、盛行、重新定位和发展及现今学院的现状四个时期。再次,美国精英文理学院人才培养模式的构成要素分析。运用比较研究法、文献研究法从培养目标、专业设置、课程体系、培养途径四个方面详细论述了精英文理学院的人才培养模式。复次,美国精英文理学院人才培养模式的特色、面临的挑战及影响因素分析。本部分主要对精英文理学院的主要特征、取得的成就、面临的挑战及影响因素进行阐述。最后,美国精英文理学院人才培养模式对我国本科教育的经验及启示。美国文理学院不同于人们所熟悉的哈佛和斯坦福等常春藤名校,但是文理学院有着自己独特的人才培养模式,坚守自身的教育职责并在美国教育中占有重要的一席之地。总结精英文理学院人才培养模式的成功经验,借鉴和学习该经验有助于本科教育的完善。
[Abstract]:The American Elite College of Arts and Sciences has always been regarded as "the model of undergraduate education". It is famous for its high quality teaching and trains countless elites for various industries in the United States. This high-quality talent training model is worthy of our country's reference and study. To study the talent training model of American elite college of arts and science with reference and study. This paper tries to analyze the elements, characteristics and influencing factors of the talent training model of the American elite college of arts and science, and summarize the experience of the talent training model of the American elite college of arts and science. This paper tries to apply its experience to the reform of colleges and universities in our country in order to perfect the training mode of talents in colleges and universities in our country. The basic idea of this study is to understand the important position of American College of Arts and Sciences in American higher education, the classical status and the actual needs of our country as the starting point, clarify the core concepts of "College of Arts and Sciences", "Talent training Model" and so on. Combing the existing research results at home and abroad, it is found that the research on the talent training model of the College of Arts and Sciences is relatively scattered, which is a one-sided analysis and research from a constituent element of the talent training model of the College of Arts and Science. This study attempts to fill up the gap through efforts. Secondly, the history and current situation of the development of American College of Arts and Sciences are summarized. By analyzing the relevant documents of the American College of Arts and Sciences, the history of the development of the College of Arts and Sciences is divided into four periods: emergence, prevalence, reorientation and development, and the present situation of the College. Thirdly, the analysis of the elements of the talent training model of the American Elite College of Arts and Sciences. Using the method of comparative research and literature research, this paper discusses in detail the training mode of talents in elite colleges of arts and science from four aspects: training goal, specialty setting, curriculum system and training way. The second time, the characteristics, challenges and influencing factors of the talent training model of the American Elite College of Arts and Sciences. This part mainly describes the main features, achievements, challenges and influencing factors of the elite college of arts and science. Finally, the experience and enlightenment of the talent training model of American elite college of arts and science to our country's undergraduate education. The American College of Arts and Sciences is different from the well-known Ivy League schools such as Harvard and Stanford, but the College of Arts and Sciences has its own unique talent training model, and holds its own educational responsibilities and occupies an important place in American education. Summing up the successful experience of the talent training model of elite arts and science college, learning from the experience is helpful to the improvement of undergraduate education.
