论底线思维在高校辅导员工作中的运用

【摘要】：底线思维是一种以底线为基础,引导事物按目标方向发展的全面的、辩证的科学思维方式。善于运用底线思维是高校辅导员职业角色与使命的内在要求,是应对大学生思想政治教育严峻形势的客观需要。高校辅导员要坚定立场、前瞻、短板意识,强化底线思维运用的主体自觉;坚守意识形态、道德、网络底线,构建辅导员底线思维运用的阵地体系;坚持定位、定标、定法的统一,深化辅导员底线思维运用的规律认识。
[Abstract]:The bottom line thinking is a comprehensive and dialectical scientific thinking mode, which is based on the bottom line and guides things to develop according to the goal direction. It is the inner requirement of the professional role and mission of college counselors to be good at using the bottom line thinking. It is also the objective need to deal with the severe situation of college students' ideological and political education. College counselors should hold firm position, foresight, short board consciousness, strengthen subject consciousness of bottom line thinking, stick to ideology, morality, network bottom line, construct position system of counselors' bottom line thinking, insist on orientation and calibration, The unification of the determination law deepens the understanding of the law of the use of the instructor's bottom-line thinking.
