基于扎根理论的协同创新生态系统运行理论与实证研究

【摘要】:高校协同创新是一种跨领域、跨文化、多主体参与的创新组织方式,要求高校、企业、科研机构、政府积极的响应,展开不同层次和不同形式的协同创新活动。开展协同创新,不仅是深化科技体制改革、提升高校创新能力的内在要求,也是推动创新驱动发展战略和“2011计划”的关键。目前,我国行业类高校协同创新的研究处于起步阶段,在主体协同、组织方式、运行管理等方面存在问题。回顾已有协同创新的研究文献发现从生态学角度研究创新能够更好的揭示主体间关系、主体特性、主体间运行等。本文的研究对象是行业类高校协同创新平台,从生态学视角对本文进行了以下研究:首先,通过对高校协同创新相关文献的研究,归纳出高校协同创新系统的参与主体包括高校、企业、科研机构和政府。将行业类高校协同创新系统与自然生态系统进行类比分析,总结出其具有竞争、共生、寄生、存在物质和能量的流动等生态特征。在此基础上,从生态学角度分析高校协同创新系统参与主体的功能作用、主体间的相互联系、系统特性等,构建协同创新生态系统运行图。其次,运用扎根理论对4所国家级行业类协同创新中心的运行资料进行编码分析和多案例比较分析。案例资料的开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码由三位硕士研究生协作完成,得到9个范畴即协同创新环境、中心建设、科学研究、人才培养、学科发展、运行管理、国际化、协同创新和运行成果产出。然后运用典范模式将构件分为6个层次,构成协同创新生态系统运行的组织架构和核心价值链,通过对比分析编码过程中相同的初始范畴数和不同的初始范畴数,得到4个案例在运行过程中异同。在此基础上,通过对4个案例的比较分析总结出协同创新生态系统在科研组织、人事制度、资源配置与共享、人才培养、国际交流五个方面的运行特色,补充和修正协同创新生态系统运行图。最后,通过多案例比较分析,认为协同创新生态系统在科研组织、人事制度、资源配置与共享、国际交流和人才培养方面的运行比较成熟且具有特色,并对高校协同创新平台的设计原则和协同创新生态系统的运行管理提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation in colleges and universities is a kind of innovation organization which is cross-domain, cross-cultural and multi-subject participation. It requires universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions and governments to respond positively and launch different levels and forms of collaborative innovation activities. To carry out collaborative innovation is not only the internal requirement of deepening the reform of science and technology system, but also the key of promoting innovation driven development strategy and "2011 Plan". At present, the research of collaborative innovation in the industry colleges and universities in China is at the initial stage, and there are some problems in the aspects of subject coordination, organization mode, operation management and so on. Review of the existing collaborative innovation research literature found that the ecological perspective of innovation can better reveal the relationship between the subject, the characteristics of the subject, inter-agent operation, and so on. The research object of this paper is the collaborative innovation platform of industry colleges and universities. From the perspective of ecology, this paper has carried on the following research: first, through the research to the university collaborative innovation related literature, The main body of the cooperative innovation system includes universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions and the government. Based on the analogy analysis between the collaborative innovation system and the natural ecosystem in colleges and universities, it is concluded that it has the ecological characteristics of competition, symbiosis, parasitism and the flow of matter and energy. On this basis, from the ecological point of view, this paper analyzes the function of the main body involved in the cooperative innovation system in colleges and universities, the interrelation between the main bodies, the system characteristics, and so on, and constructs the operation diagram of the cooperative innovation ecosystem. Secondly, the operation data of 4 national industry collaborative innovation centers are coded and analyzed by taking root theory. The open coding, spindle coding and selective coding of case data are accomplished by the cooperation of three master's degree students. The nine fields are collaborative innovation environment, center construction, scientific research, talent training, discipline development, operation management, internationalization, etc. Collaborative innovation and operational outcomes. Then the components are divided into six levels by the canonical model to form the organizational structure and the core value chain of collaborative innovation ecosystem. The same initial category number and different initial category number in the coding process are compared and analyzed. Four cases were obtained in the process of operation similarities and differences. On this basis, through the comparative analysis of four cases, the paper summarizes the characteristics of collaborative innovation ecosystem in five aspects: scientific research organization, personnel system, resource allocation and sharing, talent training and international communication. Supplement and revise collaborative innovative ecosystem diagram. Finally, through the comparative analysis of many cases, it is concluded that the cooperative innovation ecosystem is mature and characteristic in the fields of scientific research organization, personnel system, resource allocation and sharing, international communication and talent training. The design principles of collaborative innovation platform and the operation and management of cooperative innovation ecosystem in colleges and universities are put forward.
