【摘要】：本文围绕如何提升工科专业竞争优势这一核心问题,基于战略管理领域中的动态能力理论,研究了提升工科专业竞争优势的策略,为提高工科专业人才培养质量提供了新的研究视角。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on how to improve the competitive advantage of engineering specialty. Based on the dynamic ability theory in the field of strategic management, this paper studies the strategies to improve the competitive advantage of engineering specialty, and provides a new research perspective for improving the quality of engineering professionals.
