无边界教育理论视域下高等教育资源共享机制建构

【摘要】：随着高等教育的大众化,社会对人才素质的需求不断提升,从而促进了无边界理论指引下教育资源共享机制的建构。无边界教育理论是教育发展的模式创新,是基于不同教育主体在信息、资源、人才及管理等方面的共享并促进教育资源发挥更大作用的思想理论。本文在分析无边界教育理论价值内涵的基础上,对高等教育资源共享机制建构进行了理性思考与创新探索,以期促进高校教育资源共享的优势互补及价值增值。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education and the increasing demand for the quality of talents, the construction of the sharing mechanism of educational resources under the guidance of the boundary free theory is promoted. The theory of boundary free education is the mode innovation of education development, and is based on the sharing and promoting educational resources of different educational subjects in information, resources, talents and management. On the basis of analyzing the value connotation of the theory of boundary free education, this paper makes rational thinking and innovation exploration on the construction of the mechanism of higher education resources sharing, in order to promote the complementary advantages and value added of the sharing of educational resources in Colleges and universities.
