知识管理视角下我国高校教师知识共享中的博弈与协调

【摘要】:在高校教师知识共享过程中,存在教师个人知识产权与教师间知识共享、教师个人知识生产与高校知识整合、教师个人心态功利封闭与学术市场合作开放等诸多方面的博弈。知识管理理论作为管理理论的一条路线为协调这些矛盾提供了可行性选择:一是畅通高校教师知识生成和获得渠道;二是提供高校教师知识交流与共享的场域;三是建构完善的高校教师知识共享约束与激励机制。
[Abstract]:In the process of university teachers' knowledge sharing, there are many games between teachers' personal intellectual property rights and teachers' knowledge sharing, teachers' personal knowledge production and the integration of university knowledge, the closed of teachers' individual psychology and the opening of academic market cooperation, etc. Knowledge management theory, as a route of management theory, provides a feasible choice for reconciling these contradictions: first, unblocking the channel of university teachers' knowledge generation and acquisition, second, providing a field of exchange and sharing of university teachers' knowledge. The third is to construct a perfect constraint and incentive mechanism for university teachers' knowledge sharing.
