目标管理理论视角下大学生就业能力研究

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育大众化的快速发展,近年来我国大学生入学人数逐年增长,以及学校对大学生就业能力培养的重视程度不够、缺少数量充足的就业指导教师,导致我国当前大学生就业形势十分严峻。为了更好地缓解大学生就业紧张的问题,通过相应的研究,以目标管理理论为基础,探寻更科学合理的解决路径。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the popularization of higher education in our country, the number of college students enrolled in our country has been increasing year by year in recent years, and the school has not paid enough attention to the cultivation of college students' employment ability, and lacks a sufficient number of employment guidance teachers. As a result, the employment situation of college students in our country is very serious. In order to alleviate the problem of employment tension of college students better, through the corresponding research, based on the theory of objective management, to explore a more scientific and reasonable way to solve the problem.
