大学生社会网络、创业自我效能感与创业意向的关系研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展和国家对教育体系改革发展的重视,教育普及程度越来越广,我国接受高等教育的人数也逐年上升。相应的高校毕业证也持续增加,应届生面临的择业压力逐渐增大。大学生是创业的主力军,激发年轻人的创业意向备受当今社会各.部门高度重视。本文基于社会网络与创业意向相关关系的研究,选择在校大学生为调查样本,通过问卷调查,构建结构方程模型验证社会网络和创业自我效能感与创业意向的概念模型,利用SPSS软件和AMOS软件分析社会网络、创业自我效能感和创业意向三者间的关系。研究表明,大学生创业自我效能感对社会网络与创业意向具有部分中介作用。对大学生社会网络、创业自我效能感和创业意向三者关系的研究,有助于丰富社会网络对创业意向的影响研究。一方面,在知识经济时代,对如何激发大学生的创业热情,提高大学生的创业意向,引导大学生创业,使其真正成为创业的主力军,缓解就业压力,促进社会经济的健康可持续发展,有很强的理论指导意义。另一方面,在校大学生通过参加创业比赛等拓宽自己的社会网络关系,有意识的增加强关系,将弱关系变成强关系,在此过程中增强创业自我效能感,提高创业意向。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the attention paid by the state to the reform and development of the education system, the popularization of education is becoming more and more widespread, and the number of people receiving higher education in our country is increasing year by year. The corresponding college diploma also continues to increase, graduates are faced with increasing pressure to choose a job. College students are the main force of entrepreneurship. The department attaches great importance to it. Based on the research of the relationship between social network and entrepreneurial intention, this paper selects college students as the survey sample, constructs the structural equation model to verify the social network and the concept model of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. SPSS software and Amos software were used to analyze the relationship among social network, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. The research shows that entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students has a partial intermediary effect on social network and entrepreneurial intention. The research on the relationship among social network, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of college students is helpful to enrich the research on the influence of social network on entrepreneurial intention. On the one hand, in the era of knowledge economy, how to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to start a business, improve their entrepreneurial intentions, guide them to start a business, make them become the main force of entrepreneurship, ease the pressure of employment, Promote the healthy and sustainable development of social economy, have very strong theoretical guidance significance. On the other hand, college students expand their social network relationships by participating in entrepreneurial competitions, consciously increase strong relationships, turn weak relationships into strong relationships, and enhance entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in the process.
