以延安精神推动当代大学生创新创业

【摘要】：当代大学生精神状态直接决定他们创新创业的基本现状。因此,弘扬延安精神无论主观上还是客观上都对推动当代大学生创新创业具有重要意义。从延安精神的视角透视当代大学生创新创业的现状,一是延安精神可以为当代大学生创新创业提供奋斗目标和方向;二是延安精神可以为当代大学生创新创业提供行动指南;三是延安精神可以为当代大学生创新创业提供精神动力;四是延安精神可以为当代大学生创新创业展现优良工作作风。当然,面对当下社会大变革的时代格局,通过弘扬延安精神来推动当代大学生创新创业不可避免地会遇到现实带来的思想困境和实践困境。针对这些困境,我们必须找到如何用延安精神来推动当代大学生创新创业的有效途径:一是要以坚定创新创业的信念,增强大学生创新创业的认同感;二是要以解放思想、实事求是为先导,激发大学生创新创业的认识能动性;三是要以一切为了人民需要为目标,让当代大学生创新创业接地气有市场;四是以自力更生、艰苦奋斗的品质,激发大学生创新创业的实践能动性。总之,全面弘扬延安精神,运用延安精神指导大学生创新创业,当代大学生就一定能够从中获得源源不断的思想支持和精神动力,在继承和弘扬延安精神的过程中,朝着正确的方向不断前进,不断取得创新创业的新成就。
[Abstract]:The mental state of contemporary college students directly determines the basic status quo of their innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, carrying forward Yan'an spirit is of great significance to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of contemporary college students both subjectively and objectively. From the perspective of Yan'an spirit, we can see through the present situation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, one is that Yan'an spirit can provide the goal and direction for contemporary college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, the other is that Yan'an spirit can provide action guide for contemporary college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Third, Yan'an spirit can provide the spirit motive force for contemporary college students' innovation and entrepreneurship; fourth, Yan'an spirit can show excellent work style for contemporary college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Of course, in the face of the current era of social change, promoting the spirit of Yan'an to promote innovation and entrepreneurship of contemporary college students will inevitably meet the ideological dilemma and practical difficulties brought about by reality. In view of these difficulties, we must find out how to use the spirit of Yan'an to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of contemporary college students: first, to strengthen the sense of identity of college students with the belief of innovation and entrepreneurship, and second, to emancipate the mind. Seeking truth from facts as the guide, stimulating the students' awareness and initiative of innovation and entrepreneurship; third, taking everything for the needs of the people as the goal, so that contemporary college students can have a market for innovation and entrepreneurship; and fourth, taking the quality of self-reliance and hard work as the basis, The practice initiative of stimulating college students to innovate and start a business. In a word, to carry forward the Yan'an spirit in an all-round way and to use the Yan'an spirit to guide college students to innovate and start their own businesses, contemporary college students will certainly be able to obtain an endless stream of ideological support and spiritual motivation from it, and in the process of inheriting and carrying forward the Yan'an spirit, Continue to move in the right direction, and continue to achieve new achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship.
