高校立德树人根本任务的实现路径研究

【摘要】：党的十八大明确提出把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。这是我国教育事业发展目标和任务的新概括,是我国高等教育的本质要求,指明了今后我国高等教育改革发展的基本方向。近年来,在党中央、各级党委政府和各个高校的高度重视和共同努力下,立德树人取得了一定的效果。思想政治教育作为立德树人的主要渠道,越来越受高校的重视。深入研究高校立德树人的实现路径,挖掘高校思想政治理论课的育人功能,对于提高高校思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和感染力,对于帮助大学生成长成才,都有着十分重大的理论意义和现实意义。文章内容主要分为四个部分:第一章主要是立德树人理论探索,从历史渊源和时代内涵两方面对立德树人有了一个整体的解读,并从哲学、心理学和社会学三个方面以及思想政治工作的三大规律出发对立德树人的依据做了考察。本章奠定了立德树人的理论基础。第二章研究了当前高校立德取得的一些成绩以及存在的困境,并从高校内部、社会、家庭以及大学生个体四个方面分析了其原因。最后两章在前两章的基础上,从立德树人存在的困境及原因出发,有针对性地提出了立德树人的内部实现路径和外部实现路径,为最终实现高校立德树人的教育目标提供坚实的指导价值。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) clearly put forward the basic task of education to cultivate the socialist constructors and successors of the all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty. This is a new summary of the goal and task of our country's educational development, the essential requirement of our country's higher education, and the basic direction of our country's higher education reform and development in the future. In recent years, the Party Central Committee, Party committees and governments at all levels and various colleges and universities attach great importance to and make joint efforts to achieve certain results. Ideological and political education, as the main channel of moral education, is paid more and more attention by colleges and universities. Deeply study the realization path of establishing moral education in colleges and universities, excavate the educational function of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, improve the pertinence, effectiveness and appeal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and help college students grow up and become talents. Are of great theoretical and practical significance. The content of the article is divided into four parts: the first chapter is mainly about the exploration of the theory of "Li de Shu Man", which has a whole interpretation from the historical origin and the connotation of the times, and also from the philosophy. Three aspects of psychology and sociology as well as the three laws of ideological and political work are investigated. This chapter lays the theoretical foundation of Li de Shuren. In the second chapter, the author studies some achievements and difficulties existing in the establishment of morality in colleges and universities, and analyzes its causes from four aspects: internal, social, family and individual college students. On the basis of the first two chapters, the last two chapters point out the internal and external realization paths of the people of the tree, starting from the predicament and the reasons of the existence of the people. It provides a solid guiding value for the ultimate realization of the goal of education.
