高校共青团在形成高校宣传思想工作合力中的作用研究

【摘要】：21世纪,经济、科技日新月异,国际斗争愈演愈烈,意识形态领域的斗争也随之凸显。要想在激烈的国际竞争中取胜,人才的培养至关重要。高校作为孕育人才的重要场所,对学生的思想和行为影响巨大。高校通过对学生的意识形态教育,增强了学生的政治认同,巩固了高校意识形态阵地。为此新形势下需做好高校宣传思想工作,为国家意识形态工作输送优秀人才。加强高校宣传思想工作需要齐抓共管,形成合力。高校共青团作为高校党委的重要助手和后备军,是加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的主力军,高校共青团的工作效果对高校宣传思想工作成效影响显著。目前虽然在高校共青团的努力下,高校宣传思想工作已取得显著成效,但仍存在一些不足,影响其合力的形成。为有效促进高校宣传思想工作合力的形成,就亟需对存在的问题及原因进行探析,为提出有效措施奠定理论基础。本文以高校共青团在形成高校宣传思想工作合力中的作用为出发点,主要探究高校共青团对形成高校宣传思想工作合力的作用现状,深入剖析影响其合力形成的原因,最终提出切实保障高校共青团在形成高校宣传思想工作合力中作用发挥的有效途径。全文共分为五个章节,具体内容如下:第一章是全文的理论铺垫,主要对论文的选题背景及研究意义做了说明,分析了国内外研究现状,阐释了文章的研究内容、研究方法及创新之处;第二章是基本理论阐述,主要对相关概念及其关系进行了阐释和说明,并积极寻找相关理论支撑;第三章是文章的根本出发点,主要探讨高校共青团在形成高校宣传思想工作合力中的功能,并对团组织自身优势作了说明;第四章是文章的重点部分,主要探讨高校共青团对形成高校宣传思想工作合力的作用现状,并积极寻找影响高校宣传思想工作合力形成的原因;第五章是全文的核心部分,是在前四章基础上的总结和提升。主要探究切实保障高校共青团在形成高校宣传思想工作合力中作用发挥的有效途径,以及需要贯彻的基本原则。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, the economy, science and technology are changing with each passing day, the international struggle is becoming more and more intense, and the struggle in the ideological field is also prominent. In order to win in the fierce international competition, the cultivation of talents is very important. As an important place to nurture talents, colleges and universities have a great influence on students' thought and behavior. Through ideological education, colleges and universities strengthen students' political identity and consolidate ideological position. Therefore, under the new situation, we should do a good job of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, and provide excellent talents for the work of national ideology. To strengthen the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, we need to work together to form a joint effort. As an important assistant and reserve force of the college party committee, the Communist Youth League is the main force to strengthen and improve the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the new situation. The work effect of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities has a significant impact on the effectiveness of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities. Although the propaganda and ideological work of colleges and universities has achieved remarkable results under the efforts of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities, there are still some shortcomings which affect the formation of the resultant force. In order to effectively promote the formation of the resultant force of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, it is urgent to probe into the existing problems and reasons, and to lay a theoretical foundation for putting forward effective measures. Based on the role of the Communist Youth League in forming the resultant force of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, this paper mainly explores the current situation of the role of the Communist Youth League in forming the resultant force of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, and deeply analyzes the reasons that affect the formation of the resultant force. Finally, the effective ways to ensure the role of the Communist Youth League in forming the resultant force of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities are put forward.
