我国普通高校学生学业考试制度改革研究

【摘要】:高校学业考试制度的改革在目前高校管理体制改革中的影响越来越大,高校管理想要取得一定成效,必须要将高校学业考试制度的改革放在突出位置。时至今日,中国高等教育自改革开放以来已经走过了近40个春秋,但它在创办伊始乃至今日形成和不断生成的缺陷和不足也是很多的。本文将从对高校学业考试制度问题的研究分析当今高校学业考试当中存在的不足,并对其提出相应的对策和建议,并希望能对中国高等教育学业考试制度的改革和发展起到一定的作用。具体而言,本文主要包括以下方面内容。本文主要从高校学业考试制度的历史及制定入手,着重对高校建立一个合理的学业考试制度进行探讨。全文内容包括引言、对考试活动和考试制度的全面分析与探讨、对高校学业考试制度制定的影响因素进行综合分析、对高校学生学业考试制度改革应遵循的基本原则的探讨、对我国高校学业考试的现状调查与分析、对制约我国普通高校学业考试制度改革的主要因素进行了全面分析、最后对高校学业考试制度改革路径提出了建议。在引言部分提出了问题的研究意义、对核心概念进行了界定、并对相研究的现状进行了分析。在关于对考试活动与考试制度的综合分析部分,对考试的起源和发展进行追根溯源,并对考试的作用进行了全面分析。其次对考试制度的历史发展进行了溯源,并从考试制度的意义上界定了考试的内涵。再次对我国普通高校学业考试制度进行了一般性理解,从其内涵、历史发展和特点的角度对高校学业考试制度进行了全面分析;在“影响高校学业考试制度制定的因素”部分,笔者分别从影响高校学业考试制度制定的内外部因素的角度对其进行了全面分析。在“高校学生学业考试制度改革应遵循的基本原则”部分,笔者分别从学生的视角、适应社会发展的视角、自身发展的视角对考试制度改革应坚持的原则问题进行了全面分析。在“我国高校学业考试的现状调查与分析”部分,首先通过发放问卷的方式收集相关问题的资料,进而分析出当前学业考试中存在的一系列问题。在对“制约我国普通高校学生学业考试制度改革的主要因素”部分的分析中,笔者认为考试制度改革的关注度不够、教师管理制度尚不完善、考试管理理论的研究不足、考试制度改革的经验不足是影响我国普通高校学业考试制度改革缓慢的主要原因。在最后,鉴于高校学业考试制度存在的问题,提出了个人的建议与对策。本文依托广泛调查和实证研究,以人本管理理论为依据,重视学生个性发展与全面发展出发,一直坚持学业考试制度改革的人性化,探索高校学业考试制度改革对学生的促进发展作用。
[Abstract]:The reform of academic examination system in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important in the reform of university management system. In order to achieve certain results, the reform of academic examination system in colleges and universities must be put in a prominent position. Today, China's higher education has gone through nearly 40 years since the reform and opening up, but it has many defects and deficiencies in the beginning of its establishment and even today. This article will analyze the deficiency of the academic examination system in colleges and universities from the research, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to it. And hope to play a certain role in the reform and development of higher education examination system in China. Specifically, this paper mainly includes the following aspects. Starting with the history and establishment of the academic examination system in colleges and universities, this paper probes into the establishment of a reasonable academic examination system in colleges and universities. The full text includes introduction, comprehensive analysis and discussion of examination activities and examination system, comprehensive analysis of influencing factors of academic examination system in colleges and universities, and discussion on the basic principles that should be followed in the reform of academic examination system for college students. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of academic examination in colleges and universities in our country, analyzes the main factors restricting the reform of academic examination system in general colleges and universities in China, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the reform path of academic examination system in colleges and universities. In the introduction, the significance of the research is put forward, the core concept is defined, and the present situation of the phase research is analyzed. In the part of comprehensive analysis of examination activity and examination system, the origin and development of examination are traced back to the source, and the function of examination is comprehensively analyzed. Secondly, it traces the historical development of the examination system, and defines the connotation of the examination system from the point of view of the examination system. Thirdly, the author makes a general understanding of the academic examination system in Chinese universities, analyzes the academic examination system in colleges and universities from the perspectives of its connotation, historical development and characteristics, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the establishment of the academic examination system in colleges and universities. The author makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external factors that affect the establishment of academic examination system in colleges and universities. In the part of "the basic principles that should be followed in the reform of college students' academic examination system", the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the principles that should be adhered to in the reform of the examination system from the perspective of students, the perspective of adapting to social development and the perspective of self-development. In the part of "investigation and Analysis of the present situation of College academic examination in China", we first collect the data of relevant questions by issuing questionnaires, and then analyze a series of problems existing in the current academic examination. In the part of the analysis of "the main factors that restrict the reform of the students' academic examination system in our country", the author thinks that the reform of the examination system is not enough attention, the teacher management system is not perfect, and the research on the theory of examination management is insufficient. The lack of experience in the reform of the examination system is the main reason for the slow reform of the academic examination system in Chinese colleges and universities. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the academic examination system in colleges and universities, the author puts forward personal suggestions and countermeasures. This article relies on extensive investigation and empirical research, based on the theory of people-oriented management, attaches importance to the development of students' personality and all-round development, and insists on the humanization of the reform of the academic examination system. To explore the role of the reform of the academic examination system in colleges and universities to promote the development of students.
