大学文化的社会人类学考察——关于仪式、习俗与传说

【摘要】：运用社会人类学的分析方法,考察大学仪式、习俗和传说的外延与内涵、结构与功能、类型与性质、生发与流转、发展与变革及其与大学文化的关系可以使我们从另一个理论视角认识大学文化的构成要素和功能机理。研究发现,大学的仪式、习俗与传说构成了大学文化的基本意义框架,传递大学的历史记忆,承载着大学的理念要素与价值偏好。大学的仪式、习俗与传说借助参与、沟通、互动、述说与展演等途径为组织成员提供身份标识、组织认同、情感寄托以及伦理态度和价值理解。大学仪式、习俗与传说既是大学文化的外延又是大学文化的内涵,既是大学文化的规范又是大学文化的载体,既传承大学文化又革新大学文化,三者各自以独特的方式形成了大学独特的文化张力。
[Abstract]:Using the analytical method of social anthropology, to investigate the extension and connotation, structure and function, type and nature, birth and circulation of university rituals, customs and legends, The relationship between development and transformation and university culture can help us to understand the constituent elements and functional mechanism of university culture from another theoretical perspective. It is found that the rituals, customs and legends of the university constitute the basic meaning frame of the university culture. It conveys the historical memory of the university and carries the ideological elements and the value preference of the university. University rituals, customs and legends provide members with identity, organizational identity, emotional sustenance, ethical attitudes and understanding of values through participation, communication, interaction, narration and exhibition. University rituals, customs and legends are not only the extension of university culture, but also the connotation of university culture, as well as the norms of university culture and the carrier of university culture. Each of the three forms the unique cultural tension of the university in a unique way.
