积极心理学视域下大学生创业心理品质培育研究

【摘要】：近年来,大学生就业难已经成为社会各界所重点关注的问题,无论政府、企业或者高校都在尽最大的努力来解决这一问题。预计2017年我国大学生毕业人数将达到765万,就业形势依然严峻。在这种情况下,创业可以成为解决就业的重要途径。但近年来大学生选择自主创业的成功率偏低,最主要的原因是大学生缺少创业相关的积极心理品质。因此研究大学生积极创业心理品质,来增强大学生创业积极性,并使大学生在创业的过程中保持积极乐观的态度。全文共分为四个部分。第一部分是绪论,先点出选题的缘由和意义,再梳理国内外研究现状,最后阐明研究方法和创新之处。第二部分,对心理品质、创业心理品质、大学生创业心理品质和积极心理学进行概念界定,并阐明了积极心理学视域下大学生创业心理品质的必要性。第三部分,通过对大学生创业心理品质的问卷调查,总结了大学生创业心理品质方面存在的优势和问题,并针对问题进行原因分析。第四部分,是本研究的重点,根据存在的问题提出相应的解决方法,即发挥学校、社会、家庭和个人的力量,并融入了积极心理学的理念和方法,来全方位的对大学生进行创业心理品质培育。本文将积极心理学与大学生创业心理品质培育相融合,构建积极心理学视域下大学生创业心理品质培育,促进心理学理论与教育实践相结合,为大学生创业教育的研究提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students has become the focus of attention from all walks of life, no matter the government, enterprises or universities are doing their best to solve this problem. The number of college graduates is expected to reach 7.65 million in 2017, and the employment situation is still grim. In this case, entrepreneurship can become an important way to solve employment. However, in recent years, the success rate of college students choosing independent entrepreneurship is low, the main reason is that college students lack of positive psychological quality related to entrepreneurship. Therefore, the study of college students' positive entrepreneurial psychological quality, to enhance the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students, and make students maintain a positive attitude in the process of entrepreneurship. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, first points out the reason and significance of the topic, then combs the domestic and foreign research status, and finally clarifies the research methods and innovations. The second part defines the concept of psychological quality, entrepreneurial psychological quality, college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality and positive psychology, and expounds the necessity of college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality from the perspective of positive psychology. In the third part, through the questionnaire survey of college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality, the author summarizes the advantages and problems of college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. The fourth part is the focus of this study, according to the existing problems put forward the corresponding solutions, that is, to give play to the strength of school, society, family and individuals, and incorporate the idea and method of positive psychology. To all aspects of college students to cultivate the psychological quality of entrepreneurship. This paper combines positive psychology with the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality, constructs the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality from the perspective of positive psychology, and promotes the combination of psychological theory and educational practice. It provides a new way for the study of entrepreneurship education for college students.
