我国高校跨学科人才培养面临的困境及突破——基于理念、制度和方式的分析

【摘要】：跨学科人才培养是我国高等教育改革的重要内容和方向。但是,目前我国高校的跨学科人才培养从理念、方式到配套制度都面临着困境:专业教育模式占据主导地位,跨学科人才培养理念相对缺失;教育主管部门制度设计滞后,高校内部制度亦不配套;跨学科人才培养方式不全面,跨学科程度低或涵盖的项目数量有限。对此,需要从以下几个方面寻求突破:树立并强化跨学科人才培养的基本理念;优化跨学科人才培养的内外部支撑制度;从独立和组合两个维度完善跨学科人才培养方式。
[Abstract]:The training of interdisciplinary talents is an important content and direction of higher education reform in China. However, at present, the training of interdisciplinary talents in colleges and universities in our country is faced with difficulties in terms of concept, mode and supporting system: the mode of specialized education occupies a dominant position, the concept of training interdisciplinary talents is relatively lacking, the system design of education department is lagging behind, The internal system of colleges and universities is not complete, the training mode of interdisciplinary talents is not comprehensive, and the number of interdisciplinary projects is limited. In order to solve this problem, we should seek a breakthrough from the following aspects: to establish and strengthen the basic concept of interdisciplinary talent training; to optimize the internal and external supporting system of interdisciplinary talent training; and to perfect the training mode of interdisciplinary talents from the two dimensions of independence and combination.
