高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”问题研究

【摘要】：大学阶段是人一生最重要的关键时期,此时期世界观、人生观、价值观趋于完善。高校青年大学生承载着民族的希望,国家的未来,责任重大,使命光荣。因此,马克思主义理论培养与教育在这一关键时期,能够系统、深入、全面的进行显得尤为重要。团中央为培养高校青年大学生成为坚定的马克思主义者而启动的重点工程“青年马克思主义者培养工程”于2007年起在各高校陆续实施开展,“青年马克思主义者培养工程”的实施与开展,宗旨在于对高校青年大学生的思想与实践进行马克思主义中国化最新成果的全面武装。运用积极有效的方法,不断提升高校青年大学生的思想政治素质和综合能力水平,使得一大批自觉自愿运用马克思主义中国化理论成果、解决问题时能够理论联系实际的高校青年大学生得以培养与造就,并使其最终成为坚定的马克思主义者。纵观当前国际与国内形势,马克思主义教育工作在高校实施开展意义深远。面对着国际与国内双重严峻的形势,“青年马克思主义者培养工程”在我国高校实施以来面临着各种各样的挑战。高校青年大学生马克思主义信仰的政治意识几近匮乏,高校青年大学生马克思主义信仰的政治立场不够坚定,直接影响到中国特色社会主义事业的顺利前行,极大影响着中华民族伟大复兴事业的深入开展。因此,学界非常重视高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”的研究,相关研究的成果也非常多。这无疑对于高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”实施的具体操作方面给我们带来了难能可贵的参考价值。资料分析表明,这些针对高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”实施问题的研究仍然存在一些的不足之处:针对高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”的研究相对比较零散,体系性比较欠缺,特别是实证性的调查研究深度不够,过于强调文件性的研究思路,对于提升高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”的实施策略没能给出较为丰富的具体建议。因此,对于“青年马克思主义者培养工程”有效地实施于高校的问题研究已刻不容缓。针对高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”问题的研究背景、意义、现状和问题等的思考,本论文,通过定量分析法、定性分析法、文献研究法、经验总结法和问卷调查法等方法,分别从理论研究、实施意义、实施状况和质量提升策略等四个大的方面,对高校实施“青年马克思主义者培养工程”问题进行了阐述,主张针对高校实施“青年马克思主义者培养工程”期间面对的种种难题,给出内化增强、外助扩大两方面的质量提升策略,即以理论武装和实践锻炼作为个人不断内化增强的主要方式,将分级制度和时政入校当成是外部助力的关键因素,为推动高校“青年马克思主义者培养工程”有效开展和全面培养社会主义接班人提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The university stage is the most important critical period in one's life, during which the world outlook, outlook on life and values tend to be improved. The young college students carry the hope of the nation, the future of the country, the responsibility and the glorious mission. Therefore, it is very important to train and educate Marxist theory in this critical period. The key project initiated by the League Central Committee to train young college students to become firm Marxists has been carried out in various colleges and universities since 2007. The implementation and development of the "Young Marxists training Project" aims at arming the latest achievements of Marxism in the thought and practice of young college students in colleges and universities. By using positive and effective methods to continuously improve the ideological and political quality and comprehensive ability of young college students, a large number of self-conscious and voluntary use of Marxist theory in China, The young college students who can connect theory with practice when solving problems can be cultivated and brought up, and finally they become firm Marxists. Throughout the current international and domestic situation, Marxist education in colleges and universities carry out far-reaching significance. Facing the double austere situation at home and abroad, the "Young Marxists training Project" has been faced with various challenges since its implementation in colleges and universities in China. The political consciousness of Marxist belief of young college students is almost lacking, and the political stand of Marxist belief of young college students is not firm enough, which directly affects the smooth advance of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It greatly affects the deep development of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, academic circles attach great importance to the study of "Young Marxists training Project", and the related research results are also very much. This will undoubtedly bring us valuable reference value in the implementation of the "Young Marxists training Project". The data analysis shows that there are still some deficiencies in these researches on the implementation of the "Young Marxists training Project" in colleges and universities: the research on the "Young Marxists training Project" in colleges and universities is relatively scattered. The lack of system, especially the lack of empirical investigation and research depth, too much emphasis on documentary research ideas, for the promotion of "young Marxist training project" implementation strategy can not give more rich concrete suggestions. Therefore, it is urgent to effectively carry out the project of training young Marxists in colleges and universities. In view of the background, significance, present situation and problems of the research on the problem of "Young Marxists training Project" in colleges and universities, this paper adopts quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, literature research, etc. From the four aspects of theoretical research, implementation significance, implementation status and quality improvement strategy, the paper expounds the problem of "Young Marxists training Project" in colleges and universities by means of summing up experience and questionnaire survey, respectively, from four aspects: theoretical research, implementation significance, implementation status and quality promotion strategy. In view of the difficulties encountered during the implementation of the "Young Marxists training Project" in colleges and universities, the paper puts forward two strategies for improving the quality of colleges and universities, that is, internal strengthening and external assistance. That is to say, with theoretical and practical training as the main way for the individual to continuously internalize and strengthen, the grading system and the current political admission to school are regarded as the key factors for external support. It provides reference and reference for effectively developing and training socialist successors in colleges and universities.
