大学教学中心工作有效性评估框架与方法研究——美国密歇根大学和西北大学的经验与启示

【摘要】:教学中心是大学促进教师发展、提升教学质量的重要机构,评估中心自身工作的有效性是保证其功能发挥的基础。文章梳理了国内外相关研究与实践,探索构建大学教学中心有效性评估框架及内容,包括设计兼具系统性和针对性的评估方案、运用量性和质性结合的评估方法、注重评估结果的传播和应用等。并以美国密歇根大学和西北大学的教学中心为例,介绍评估内容和方法在现实中的应用,以期为中国大学教师发展中心的建设提供科学依据和参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:The teaching center is an important institution to promote the development of teachers and improve the teaching quality in universities. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the center's own work is the basis to ensure its function. This article combs the related research and practice at home and abroad, explores the construction of the effectiveness evaluation framework and content of the university teaching center, including the design of a systematic and targeted evaluation program, the use of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, Focus on the dissemination and application of evaluation results. Taking the teaching center of the University of Michigan and Northwestern University as an example, this paper introduces the application of evaluation contents and methods in reality, in order to provide scientific basis and reference for the construction of teacher development center in Chinese universities.
