我国与英美两国高等教育专业评估的比较研究
[Abstract]:With economic development and social progress, the quality of higher education has become a hot issue of social concern. Specialty is the direct unit of talent training in colleges and universities. The level of specialty construction determines to a great extent whether colleges and universities can cultivate high quality talents. Professional evaluation has become an important means to improve the quality of higher education. However, in view of the development of higher education evaluation in China, higher education evaluation is more focused on college evaluation, while professional evaluation has limited development. This research takes the higher education professional evaluation as the research object, hoping to arouse more scholars' attention to the professional evaluation, and promote the professional evaluation to flourish and develop. At the same time, to a certain extent, it provides some references for the improvement of the theoretical system of higher education evaluation in our country, promotes the adjustment and optimization of the structure of professional and talent training in schools, and improves the teaching work level of the whole school. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the internationalization of higher education in China and realize the substantial equivalence with the quality of international higher education. According to the idea of "finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems", through collecting, sorting out and analyzing the data, we can find out the existing problems and analyze the causes of the professional evaluation work in our country at the present stage. On the basis of combing the development course of professional evaluation in China and the United States, this paper makes a comparative study on the professional evaluation of the three countries from three aspects: the evaluation procedure, the educational evaluation institution and the role played by the government in the evaluation. Finally, combining the problems existing in the professional evaluation of our country and the experience of the professional evaluation of the United States and the United States, the author puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the professional evaluation of higher education in our country from three aspects: government, society and universities.
