高校青年教师师德建设研究

【摘要】：教师承担着教书育人、为社会主义建设培养“四有”新人的重任。纵观世界的发展,没有一个国家不重视教育的重大作用,国家间综合国力的竞争已经越来越转向在教育的竞争上,而决定教育质量的主要力量就是教师的教学能力和职业道德素质。“学高为师,身正为范”,教师职业道德建设是提升教师职业素质的重要举措。随着我国科教兴国和人才强国战略的实施,高等学校担负着为国培养高级人才、服务社会的历史使命,而青年教师是教师队伍的新鲜力量、是高校发展的希望。可以说,青年教师的职业道德素质是教师不断提升自我、超越自我、爱岗敬业、无私奉献的力量源泉,也是我国教育发展的重要精神动力。高校青年教师师德状况总体上是好的,但也出现了一些师德滑坡的现象需要关注。部分青年教师师德存在的问题表现在:职业态度淡漠,缺乏育人精神;重科研轻教学,缺乏敬业精神;重物质轻本职等,这些负面现象影响着高校青年教师的师德建设,纠其原因有社会层面、高校层面和个人层面等几方面。加强高校青年教师师德建设要从以下几方面着手,首先要加强自身修养,其次高校要完善师德建设机制,包括:考核机制、评价机制、监督机制、激励机制。再次,要营造良好的环境来加强师德建设。最后,要建立职前与在职的师德培养体系。通过这些措施确实提高高校青年教师的师德建设。
[Abstract]:Teachers bear the responsibility of teaching and educating people and cultivating new people for socialist construction. Throughout the development of the world, no country has failed to attach importance to the important role of education, and the competition of comprehensive national strength among countries has increasingly shifted to the competition in education. The main force to determine the quality of education is teachers' teaching ability and quality of professional ethics. The construction of teachers' professional ethics is an important measure to improve teachers' professional quality. With the implementation of the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country with talent, colleges and universities are charged with the historical mission of training senior talents for the country and serving the society, and young teachers are the fresh strength of the contingent of teachers and the hope for the development of colleges and universities. It can be said that the quality of young teachers' professional ethics is the source of strength for teachers to constantly improve themselves, surpass themselves, love their jobs, and devote themselves to work selflessly, and is also an important spiritual power for the development of education in our country. The situation of teachers' ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities is generally good, but there are some phenomena of teachers' moral decline that need to be paid attention to. The problems of some young teachers' ethics are that they are indifferent to their professional attitude and lack of the spirit of educating people; attaching importance to scientific research and teaching, and lack of devotion to work; putting weight on quality and neglecting their duty; these negative phenomena affect the construction of teachers' ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities. The reasons are social level, college level and personal level. To strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities, we should start from the following aspects: first, strengthen our own cultivation; secondly, perfect the mechanism of teachers' moral construction, including: examination mechanism, evaluation mechanism, supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism. Third, to create a good environment to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics. Finally, it is necessary to establish a pre-service and on-the-job training system of teachers' ethics. Through these measures, we can really improve the construction of teachers' ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities.
