本科毕业论文管理系统的人性化设计及实现

【摘要】：本系统建立在完成曲阜师范大学传媒学院选题工作,服务于应届毕业生,以期提高用户对系统的使用体验为目标的背景下开发完成的。据统计,近3年曲阜师范大学传媒学院参与毕业论文选题工作的师生人数在400人左右,由于学院新增添数字出版专业,于2018年应届毕业生可达450人余。伴随学院应届毕业生与指导教师人数的增多,学院所用本科毕业论文选题系统表现出了信息更新迟缓、系统功能缺失、用户交互不顺畅等不足。因此,在保证原系统仍能顺利完成毕业论文选题工作的基础上,为了解决现有系统存在的问题、提高教学管理效率实现智慧教育教学,本文对曲阜师范大学传媒学院师生进行了详细地需求分析,通过分析设计开发人性化的本科毕业论文管理系统。此次设计主要针对学院实际需求情况,有效帮助师生用户实现交互沟通,成为学院教学管理一项重要的辅助教学工具。本文以本科毕业论文管理系统的人性化现状为契机针对国内外高校进行了广泛调查,调查内容包括系统运行界面、开题报告提交功能、师生社区交互功能、资源共享功能以及论文评阅功能的人性化实施现状,将诸多论文管理系统的优缺之处总以概括。根据曲阜师范大学传媒学院毕业论文选题工作的实际要求,笔者对该学院的老师和学生进行了单独访谈,访谈内容包括对现有系统人性化建设方面的意见及建议。更新后的系统主要在系统界面上做了进一步改善,并增添了开题报告提交功能、师生社区交互功能、资源共享功能及论文评阅功能。该系统在Windows 2000的操作系统下进行修改,信息服务器基于IIS 6.0,后台数据库管理系统则选用SQL Server 2008,Dreamweaver CS5为开发平台,采用ASP技术进行开发完成。系统设计追求更美观、更实用、更方便等特点,开发完成后的系统,各项模块测试正常,在2017届本科毕业生论文选题工作中发挥了应有的作用,为学院管理工作提高了效率。论文共分为五章:第一章是绪论,主要介绍了课题研究的背景及意义、课题研究的内容及方法、国内外有关该课题的研究现状;第二章是国内外本科毕业论文管理系统应用实践的现状调研分析,主要包括运行界面、开题报告功能、社区交互功能、资源共享功能及论文评阅功能的现状调研;第三章是本科毕业论文管理系统的人性化设计,根据合理的理论基础及设计原则,分析系统用户的功能需求,设计人性化的管理系统;第四章是本科毕业论文管理系统的开发及应用,主要介绍了系统开发的技术基础、主要模块的关键代码及应用效果评价分析;第五章是结论与展望,主要是对研究成果的总结以及对后续研究的展望。
[Abstract]:This system is based on the completion of the subject selection work of Qufu normal University School of Media, serving the graduates, in order to improve the user's use of the system for the purpose of the development of the background. According to statistics, the number of teachers and students participating in the work of graduation thesis selection in the school of media of Qufu normal University in recent three years is about 400. Due to the addition of digital publishing major in the college, the number of new graduates in 2018 can reach more than 450. With the increase of the number of college graduates and guidance teachers, the undergraduate thesis selection system used in the college shows some shortcomings, such as slow information updating, lack of system function, user interaction is not smooth, and so on. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring that the original system can finish the topic selection of graduation thesis successfully, in order to solve the problems existing in the existing system, to improve the efficiency of teaching management and to realize the wisdom education teaching, This paper analyzes the needs of teachers and students of Qufu normal University School of Media in detail, and designs and develops a humanized undergraduate thesis management system. This design mainly aims at the actual demand of the college, effectively helps the teachers and students to communicate with each other, and becomes an important assistant teaching tool in the teaching management of the college. This paper takes the present situation of undergraduate thesis management system as the turning point to carry out extensive investigation in colleges and universities at home and abroad. The contents of the investigation include the system running interface, the function of open report submission, the interactive function of teachers and students' community. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of many paper management systems in terms of the humanized implementation of the resource sharing function and the paper review function. According to the practical requirements of the graduation thesis of Qufu normal University, the author conducted a separate interview with the teachers and students of Qufu normal University. The interview included the views and suggestions on the humanized construction of the existing system. The updated system is mainly improved on the interface of the system, and the functions of open report submission, teacher-student community interaction, resource sharing and paper review are added. The system is modified under the operating system of Windows 2000. The information server is based on IIS 6.0, and the background database management system is based on SQL Server 2008 Dreamweaver CS5, which is developed with ASP technology. The system design pursues the characteristics of more beautiful, more practical and more convenient. After the development of the system, the test of each module is normal, which has played a due role in the selection of the thesis for the undergraduate graduates of the class of 2017, and has improved the efficiency of the management of the college. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, the content and methods of the research, and the current situation of the research at home and abroad; The second chapter is the domestic and foreign undergraduate thesis management system application situation investigation and analysis, mainly includes the running interface, the opening topic report function, the community interaction function, the resources sharing function and the thesis review function present situation investigation and research; The third chapter is the humanized design of undergraduate thesis management system, according to the reasonable theoretical basis and design principle, analyzes the system user's function demand, designs the humanized management system; The fourth chapter is the development and application of the undergraduate thesis management system, mainly introduces the technical foundation of the system development, the key code of the main module and the evaluation analysis of the application effect, the fifth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect, It is mainly the summary of the research results and the prospect of the follow-up research.
