高校冷门学科从危机到突围的跨越发展研究

【摘要】:任何学科都是多元文化体系的一部分,都具有独特的历史贡献和社会价值。为了扭转对冷门学科发展的非理性认识,作者根据学科潜力、市场需求、生源数量情况对冷门学科进行了分类;同时,通过梳理我国冷门学科在录取生源、培养单位分布、师资结构、就业状况方面的发展现状,认为高校冷门学科发展受到认知偏差、宣传导向、就业状况、学科门槛、权利承认、资源支持等一系列因素的影响。为了进一步激发冷门学科的文化科技力量,文章建议从学科发展思路、学科布局、培养模式、学科定位、学科集群、外在建制等方面化解学科危机,促进学科突围。
[Abstract]:Any subject is a part of multi-cultural system and has unique historical contribution and social value. In order to reverse the irrational understanding of the development of cold subjects, the author classifies them according to their potential, market demand and number of students. The structure of teachers and the status quo of employment are considered to be influenced by cognitive bias, propaganda orientation, employment status, subject threshold, right recognition, resource support and so on. In order to further stimulate the cultural and scientific power of the cold subject, this paper suggests to resolve the discipline crisis and promote the discipline breakthrough from the aspects of discipline development, discipline layout, training mode, discipline orientation, discipline cluster, external organization, and so on.
