新建本科转型院校课程设置优化研究

【摘要】:新建本科转型院校是我国高等教育大众化和经济转型发展背景下的新兴产物,它们大多是新世纪以来由地方高职高专合并或升格而来,主要承担着为地方经济社会发展培养急需的数以万计高技能应用型人才的重任。由于“转型发展”是国家层面近两三年倡导和推动的事情,因此,新建本科转型院校在办学的各个方面都处于探索阶段,很多工作都亟待加以规范和完善。课程设置是人才培养的关键环节,从很大程度上决定着人才培养的规格和质量。应该采用什么样的课程设置从而确保人才培养质量,对新建本科转型院校来说同样是一个新问题,也是必须认真思考并加以切实解决的大问题。长期以来,我国本科院校在课程设置方面存在着偏重理论知识的讲授,忽视实践知识或应用技能的培养、理论知识与实践技能的培养相脱节,课程内容滞后于经济社会发展需求、课程结构失衡等问题。这些问题在新建本科转型院校身上同样存在,而就后者的办学定位和所承担的人才培养任务而言,以上问题若不妥善解决,则后果将会更加严重,直至动摇后者“存在”的依据。事实上,近年来以上问题折射出来的人才培养模式弊端越来越严重,比如高校毕业生“就业难”和企业“用工荒”矛盾现象的出现,就凸显了这种弊端。发现问题旨在解决问题。作为新建本科院校转型发展重要内容之一的课程设置为什么转、转什么、怎么转,笔者依照这样的思路来展开研究,以求透过现象把握规律,分析原因寻求对策,借它山之石可以攻“转型”之玉,以期为发轫不久的我国新建本科院校之“转型发展”集思广益、建言献策,作些微理论和实践上的探索与努力。因“转型发展”于我国新建本科院校尚属新生事物,故笔者在研究方法上,除了采用传统的文献法、比较法之外,还重点选用了个案研究法和实地调查法,以求设身处地、增加直观切实感受。循以上思路,本研究着重从以下五部分展开:其一,绪论;其二,对新建本科转型院校课程设置的理论基础及主要内容进行概述;其三,分析了新建本科转型院校课程设置当前困境及原因;其四,对国内外应用型课程设置的经验进行介绍;其五,从优化原则、优化依据以及优化路径等方面提出新建本科转型院校课程设置优化的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the popularization of higher education and the development of economic transformation, the newly established colleges and universities are emerging products, most of which have been merged or upgraded from local higher vocational colleges and universities since the new century. It mainly undertakes the task of cultivating tens of thousands of high-skilled and applied talents urgently needed for the development of local economy and society. Since "transformation and development" has been advocated and promoted at the national level in the past two or three years, all aspects of the new undergraduate transformation colleges are in the exploration stage, and a lot of work needs to be standardized and perfected. Curriculum is the key link of talent training, which determines the specification and quality of talent training to a great extent. What kind of curriculum should be adopted to ensure the quality of talent training is also a new problem for the newly established colleges and universities, and it is also a big problem that must be seriously considered and solved. For a long time, the undergraduate colleges and universities in our country have paid more attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge and neglected the cultivation of practical knowledge or applied skills, and the theoretical knowledge is out of touch with the cultivation of practical skills. Curriculum content lags behind the needs of economic and social development, curriculum structure imbalance and other problems. These problems also exist in newly established undergraduate institutions of transition, and if these problems are not properly resolved, the consequences will be even more serious in terms of the orientation of the latter and the task of talent training undertaken by the latter. Until the foundation of the latter's existence is shaken. In fact, in recent years, the defects of the talent training model reflected by the above problems are becoming more and more serious, such as the appearance of the contradiction between the "employment difficulty" of college graduates and the "shortage of employment" in enterprises, which highlights this malpractice. The purpose of finding a problem is to solve it. As one of the important contents of the transformation and development of new undergraduate colleges and universities, why, what and how to change the curriculum, the author carries out the research according to this way of thinking, in order to grasp the law through the phenomenon, analyze the reasons and seek countermeasures. The stone of other mountains can attack the jade of "transformation", with a view to brainstorming and making suggestions for the "transformation and development" of the newly established undergraduate colleges and universities in our country, and making some exploration and efforts in theory and practice. Since "transformation and development" is still a new thing in new undergraduate colleges and universities in our country, besides the traditional literature method and comparative method, the author also chooses the case study method and the field investigation method in order to put himself on the ground. Increase intuitive and practical feelings. Following the above thinking, this study focuses on the following five parts: first, introduction; second, the theoretical basis and main content of the curriculum in newly established undergraduate institutions of transition; third, This paper analyzes the current difficulties and causes of curriculum setup in newly established undergraduate institutions of transition; fourth, introduces the experience of applied curriculum setup at home and abroad; fifth, optimizes the principles, On the basis of optimization and optimization of path, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of curriculum setup in newly established undergraduate institutions of transition.
