基于创新驱动战略的国有企业博士后培养机制研究

【摘要】:经济发展新常态下,完善创新国有企业博士后培养机制,大力培养高层次人才,对实施创新驱动战略、推进转型发展和提质增效升级具有重要意义。通过对部分国有企业博士后科研工作站进行深入调研发现,对博士后培养产生较大影响的,既包括创新实践能力、团队合作精神、入站动机等内在因素,也包括科研支持、继续教育、考核评价等外在因素。完善创新国有企业博士后培养机制,要遵循市场经济规律、科技工作规律和人才成长规律,要与企业创新驱动发展相结合,通过持续优化素质提升、作用发挥、考核评价、多元激励、成果转化等工作机制,不断提升博士后培养质量和效率。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal of economic development, it is of great significance to improve the postdoctoral training mechanism of the state-owned enterprises and train high-level talents to implement the innovation-driven strategy, promote the development of transformation and improve the quality and efficiency. Through the in-depth investigation of some state-owned enterprise postdoctoral research workstations, it is found that those that have a great impact on postdoctoral training include both the innovative practical ability, the spirit of team cooperation, the motivation of entering the station, and so on, as well as the scientific research support. Continuing education, assessment and other external factors. To perfect and innovate the postdoctoral training mechanism of state-owned enterprises, we should follow the laws of market economy, science and technology work and the law of talent growth, combine them with the innovation-driven development of enterprises, continue to improve their quality, exert their functions, and assess and evaluate them. Multi-motivation, achievement transformation and other working mechanisms to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of postdoctoral training.
