儒家修身思想在大学生自我教育中的运用研究

【摘要】:大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是中国特色社会主义的建设者和接班人,是实现“中国梦”的生力军。大学生自我教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,高校思想政治教育目标的实现,不仅需要高校思想政治教育工作者的努力,更离不开大学生自身的努力。为促进大学生自我教育的更好实现,需要为大学生自我教育创设良好的外部环境。在倡导全面复兴优秀传统文化的大背景下,儒家修身思想作为一种文化资源,将其有效运用到大学生自我教育中,是提升大学生自我教育实效性的重要方式。本文主要包括三个部分:第一部分,阐述儒家修身思想的要义把握及其在大学生自我教育中运用的必要性。在要义把握方面,主要对儒家修身思想的内涵、特点和主要内容进行了详细阐述;在运用的必要性方面,从继承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化以及增强大学生自我教育实效性两个角度展开详细的论述。第二部分,阐述儒家修身思想在大学生自我教育中运用的目标和原则。关于儒家修身思想在大学自我教育中的运用,在运用目标方面,提出了三个重要目标:一是促进大学生健康人格的自觉形成;二是促进大学生道德品质的自主提升;三是促进大学生采用多种方法实现自我完善。在运用原则方面,主要提出了批判继承性、时代创新性和全面渗透性原则。第三部分,探究儒家修身思想在大学生自我教育中运用的过程和途径。在运用过程方面,主要构建了环境诱导与自我驱动、自我建构与自我监控、自我肯定与自我完善等三大环节。在运用途径方面,主要提出了营造蕴含儒家修身思想元素的校园文化环境、强化高校儒家修身思想文化资源库建设、运用承载儒家修身思想元素的载体等三大途径。
[Abstract]:College students are the precious talent resources of the country, the constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the fresh troops to realize Chinese Dream. Self-education of college students is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The realization of the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities requires not only the efforts of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities, but also the efforts of college students themselves. In order to promote the better realization of college students' self-education, it is necessary to create a good external environment for college students' self-education. Under the background of advocating the revival of excellent traditional culture in an all-round way, as a kind of cultural resource, the Confucian thought of self-cultivation is an important way to improve the effectiveness of self-education for college students. This article mainly includes three parts: the first part, elaborates the Confucianism self-cultivation thought essential grasp and the application necessity in the university student self-education. In the aspect of grasping the essentials, the connotation, characteristics and main contents of the Confucian thought of self-cultivation are expounded in detail, and the necessity of its application is also discussed. From two angles of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture and enhancing the effectiveness of college students' self-education, this paper discusses in detail. The second part expounds the goals and principles of Confucian self-cultivation in self-education of college students. With regard to the application of the Confucian thought of self-cultivation in college self-education, three important goals are put forward: one is to promote the conscious formation of college students' healthy personality, the other is to promote the self-improvement of college students' moral quality. Third, to promote college students to use a variety of methods to achieve self-improvement. In the aspect of application principle, it puts forward the principles of critical inheritance, time innovation and comprehensive penetration. The third part explores the process and approach of Confucian self-cultivation in self-education of college students. In the process of application, it mainly constructs three links: environmental induction and self-driving, self-construction and self-monitoring, self-affirmation and self-improvement. In the aspect of application, three ways are put forward, which are to create the campus culture environment which contains the elements of Confucian self-cultivation, to strengthen the construction of Confucian self-cultivation ideological and cultural resource bank, and to use the carrier of Confucian self-cultivation thought element.
