硕士研究生室友关系问题干预研究

【摘要】:室友关系问题是困扰着住校学生学习和生活的"顽疾"。目前室友间矛盾激化的频率并未降低,反而日趋激烈。人际关系问题在不同成长阶段的群体中呈现出不同的特征,对于生活习惯趋于固定、性格相对成熟的研究生来说,宿舍人际关系问题趋于难以调和。鉴于室友关系存在问题会给宿舍成员带来生活、学习及身心方面的危害,探寻缓解室友矛盾或者杜绝室友矛盾发生的有效方法是教育工作者应该关注的。本文探究缓解室友间的矛盾,构建和谐室友关系的有效途径。本研究首先通过问卷和访谈,调查H校硕士研究生室友间相处过程中出现室友矛盾的原因以及他们所采取的应对方式,同时也对拥有亲密室友关系的同学进行深度访谈,探寻其室友间相处的模式和积极经验。调查结果显示,室友间普遍存在的问题分为两类:一类是生活习惯不同,一类是沟通交流不畅。对应的,我采用实验的方式来探究解决之策,一个实验组采用制定宿舍规则的方式,另一个实验组组织八次共同活动,对照组不做处理。八周之后对前后测结果进行配对t检验以考查室友关系是否有改善。研究发现,采用制定宿舍规则的方式对于缓解室友矛盾有效果,但是长效性较差,两周之后宿舍成员的执行力下降;室友间通过共同参加一些活动的方式增加交往可以增强亲密感,对于改善室友关系效果颇佳;对照组室友关系改善不明显。以上两种方案易操作,并且是在宿舍这个原生环境中由成员们自为地处理人际关系,具有可推广性,能够为学生及学校处理室友关系问题提供经验和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The problem of roommate relationship is a "stubborn illness" that perplexes the study and life of students living in school.The frequency of conflicts among roommates has not decreased, but has become increasingly fierce. The problem tends to be difficult to reconcile. In view of the harmfulness of roommate relationship to dormitory members in life, learning and physical and mental aspects, educators should pay attention to exploring effective ways to alleviate roommate contradictions or eliminate them. This study first investigated the causes of roommate conflicts and their coping styles in the process of roommate-to-roommate interaction in H-school graduate students through questionnaires and interviews, and also conducted in-depth interviews with students with close roommate relationships to explore their roommate-to-roommate interaction patterns and positive experiences. The problems can be divided into two categories: one is different living habits, the other is poor communication. Correspondingly, I use experimental methods to explore solutions, one experimental group adopts the way of making dormitory rules, the other experimental group organizes eight joint activities, the control group does not do any treatment. Eight weeks later, the results of the pre-and post-test were paired t. The study found that the method of making dormitory rules was effective in alleviating roommate conflicts, but the long-term effect was not good. After two weeks, the executive ability of dormitory members decreased. The way of joining some activities between roommates could enhance intimacy and improve roommate relations. The above two schemes are easy to operate and can be used for reference by students and schools to deal with roommate relationship problems.
