基于积极心理学的大学生创新人格培养研究

【摘要】:伴随着社会的迅速发展和国家对创新的日益重视,大学生创新的相关研究越来越多,其研究更多倾向于创新思维、创新能力等方面,基于积极心理学的大学生创新人格研究较少。创新人格是一种人格特质,是创新个体所具有的能影响个体创新活动的相对稳定的特质,体现在创造力强,独立性强,具有强烈的好奇心,热爱学习,具有良好的专注力与毅力。本研究借鉴积极心理学的相关理论对大学生创新人格培养进行研究,不仅能为大学生创新人格培养提供一个新的视角,而且为如何对大学生进行创新教育提供理论参考。本研究选择具有创新成果即国家专利的大学生和普通大学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查,在此基础上进行多元线性回归分析,找出与大学生创新人格相关性高的积极心理品质,帮助高校教育者更好地了解创新人才的内在心理素质;同时,分析普通大学生在这些与大学生创新人格相关性高的积极心理品质上的发展现状,通过培养这些积极心理品质,提升高校创新人才培养的针对性和实效性,为社会培养优秀的创新人才,加快我国建设创新型国家的步伐。本研究通过对调查问卷相关数据进行多元线性回归与相关分析,得出与大学生创新人格相关度高的积极心理品质分别是创造力、谨慎、好奇心、仁慈、感恩、热爱学习、希望、勇敢、判断力、灵性、洞察力、毅力和美感。同时通过数据对比发现,普通大学生在这些与创新人格相关度高的积极心理品质上的发展情况均有很大的提升空间,。通过对大学生创新人格相关积极心理品质培育存在的问题进行深入分析,本研究认为提高大学生的积极心理品质应该从以下几个方面着手:一、以大学生为主体,引导大学生自主学习;二、加强实践环节的比重,引导大学生学以致用;三、搭建创新平台,培养大学生的创新能力;四、深化大学生生涯规划教育,帮助大学生树立正确的学习目标;五、整合资源,加强大学生成功体验;六、感恩教育课程与感恩教育活动并举,提高感恩教育效果;七、培养大学生独立能力,提高时间管理利用效率;八、增强大学生对学习、创造本身的兴趣和好奇心;九、端正舆论导向,提高大学生的仁慈和勇敢的积极心理品质。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the increasing attention of the country to innovation, there are more and more related researches on college students' innovation, and their research tends to be more creative thinking, innovation ability, and so on. There are few researches on innovative personality of college students based on positive psychology. Innovative personality is a kind of personality trait, which is a relatively stable trait that can affect individual innovation activities. It is reflected in strong creativity, strong independence, strong curiosity and love of learning. Good concentration and perseverance. This study can not only provide a new perspective for the cultivation of innovative personality of college students, but also provide a theoretical reference for the innovative education of college students. In this study, college students with innovative achievements (national patent) and ordinary college students were selected as the research objects. Based on the questionnaire, multivariate linear regression analysis was carried out to find out the positive psychological quality which has a high correlation with the innovative personality of college students. At the same time, it analyzes the current situation of ordinary college students' development on these positive psychological qualities, which are highly related to the innovative personality of college students, and through cultivating these positive psychological qualities, it helps the college educators to better understand the inner psychological quality of innovative talents, and at the same time analyzes the current situation of the development of these positive psychological qualities. To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, to train outstanding innovative talents for the society and to speed up the pace of building an innovative country in China. Through the multivariate linear regression and correlation analysis of the relevant data of the questionnaire, it is concluded that the positive psychological qualities with high correlation with the innovative personality of college students are creativity, caution, curiosity, kindness, gratitude, love of learning, hope, etc. Courage, judgment, spirituality, insight, perseverance and beauty. At the same time, through the comparison of data, it is found that the development of these positive psychological qualities with high correlation with innovative personality has great room for improvement. Through the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' innovative personality related positive psychological quality, this study holds that the improvement of college students' positive psychological quality should be carried out from the following aspects: first, taking college students as the main body, Guide college students to learn independently; second, strengthen the proportion of practical links, guide college students to use their learning; third, build innovative platforms to cultivate the innovative ability of college students; fourth, deepen the education of college students' career planning, To help college students set up correct learning goals; fifthly, to integrate resources and strengthen college students' successful experience; sixthly, to improve the effectiveness of Thanksgiving education by simultaneously developing the curriculum of Thanksgiving education and the activities of Thanksgiving education; seventh, to cultivate college students' ability to be independent. Improve the efficiency of time management; eighth, enhance the university students to study, create their own interest and curiosity; Nine, correct the guidance of public opinion, improve college students' benevolence and brave positive psychological quality.
