民办高校教育供给侧结构性改革探索——基于高校转型发展的视角

【摘要】：随着国家教育领域综合改革的不断深化,我国教育服务体系日趋健全,但当前教育领域的供给侧输出不能完全满足现代人多样化、个性化的教育需求。供给侧结构性改革背景下的高等教育对外强调以优质有效的人才供给满足社会需求,对内强调通过调整教育结构、调配教育资源提升教育水平,大力提高人才培养质量和综合素质。新形势下对民办高等教育来说,更需用供给侧结构性改革的视角,转化思维,由规模向内涵转变,由粗放向精细转变,展示自己独特的教育价值,用教学实力与教育效果取得社会各界的尊重和认可,不断满足社会对教育的新需求。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the comprehensive reform in the field of education, the educational service system of our country is becoming more and more perfect, but the supply-side output in the field of education at present can not completely meet the diversified and individualized educational demand of modern people. Under the background of supply-side structural reform, higher education emphasizes to meet the social demand with high quality and effective talent supply, and internally emphasizes to improve the educational level by adjusting the educational structure and allocating educational resources. Efforts will be made to improve the quality and comprehensive quality of personnel training. In the new situation, private higher education needs to change its thinking from the perspective of supply-side structural reform, from scale to connotation, from extensive to fine, to show its unique educational value. By using the teaching strength and educational effect to obtain the respect and recognition from all walks of life, to meet the new demands of the society.
