高校思想政治教育对校园暴力的干预研究

【摘要】:校园暴力事件不仅严重损害了遭受暴力的学生的身心健康,对校园中正常的教育教学秩序产生不利影响,而且在社会上传输了暴力思想,更容易导致暴力行为的泛滥。大学,本应该是无数学子梦寐以求的象牙塔,是学生进入社会前形成健康人格的关键时期,但是暴力事件也经常发生。从这几年校园暴力事件可以看出,大学里的校园暴力后果更严重,社会影响更大。高校教育,应该既重视教育,更要强调育人,只有让大学生形成健康的人格,培养正确的三观,以后才会对社会产生积极的影响。但是我国目前的高校教育,重“教书”,轻“育人”,使得大学里出现了一小部分高分低能或者高智商低情商的学生,自我控制能力差,面对冲突的时候容易选择极端的方式解决。因此,大学生思想政治教育工作者必须重新审视目前的大学生心理,选择正确的方式对其进行教育和管理。本文在参考国内外对校园暴力的理论研究的基础上,以具体的高校校园暴力事件作为案例,归纳总结目前我国高校校园暴力的类型,特点,危害,深入研究其成因,并就高校思想政治教育如何干预校园暴力事件提出一些建议。主要内容如下:第一,通过对设计调查问卷了解目前我国高校校园暴力的现状。通过整理调查数据,简述目前大学生对大学校园暴力事件的了解程度;归纳受调查大学生对校园暴力的态度如何及他们认为是何种原因使校园暴力事件愈发频发;归纳从大学生视角来看高校工作者在校园暴力事件发生后的处理方式;通过开放式的提问,让大学生对高校工作者就如何处理校园暴力事件提出有建设性的意见和建议。第二,在研究国内外相关文献及对收集回来的调查问卷的汇总,概括高校校园暴力产生的几大因素,包括大学生个体、家庭方面、高校校园、社会大环境等,这些原因集合在一起,使高校校园暴力事件愈发的频繁。第三,从高校教育及管理两方面入手,提出将思想政治教育相关内容融入到对高校校园暴力事件的事前预防及事后应对的对策。
[Abstract]:Campus violence not only seriously damages the physical and mental health of students who have been subjected to violence and has a negative impact on the normal order of education and teaching in the campus, but also transmits violent thoughts in the society, which is more likely to lead to the spread of violent behavior. College, which should be the ivory tower of countless students, is a critical time for students to develop a healthy personality before they enter society, but violence often occurs. As can be seen from the recent years of campus violence, the consequences of campus violence in universities are more serious and social impact greater. College education should not only pay attention to education, but also emphasize educating people. Only when college students form healthy personality and cultivate correct three views can they have a positive influence on society in the future. However, the current higher education in China, which emphasizes "teaching" rather than "educating people", has led to the emergence of a small number of students with high scores and low intelligence and low emotional quotient who have poor self-control ability. In the face of conflict, it is easy to choose an extreme solution. Therefore, the ideological and political education workers of college students must re-examine the current psychology of college students and choose the correct way to educate and manage them. Based on the theoretical research on campus violence at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the types, characteristics, hazards and causes of campus violence in colleges and universities in China. Some suggestions on how to interfere with campus violence in ideological and political education in colleges and universities are put forward. The main contents are as follows: first, through the design questionnaire to understand the current situation of campus violence in China. Through collating the survey data, this paper briefly introduces the degree of college students' understanding of the campus violence, sums up the attitude of the college students to campus violence and what reasons they think make the campus violence more frequent. From the perspective of college students to look at the university workers after the occurrence of campus violence, through open questions, let the university workers on how to deal with campus violence put forward constructive advice and suggestions. Second, in the study of domestic and foreign relevant literature and the collection of questionnaires collected, summarized the main factors of college campus violence, including college students' individual, family, college campus, social environment, and so on. These reasons put together, make the college campus violence more frequent. Thirdly, starting from the two aspects of college education and management, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to prevent and deal with the campus violence in advance by incorporating the relevant contents of ideological and political education into the campus violence in colleges and universities.
