微文化推进大学生正能量氛围营造探析

【摘要】:微文化是一种基于移动互联网技术平台的、自由表达想法的文化形式。它包括微博、微信、qq等自媒体,具有快速、便捷、无门槛、虚拟性等特征,深得年轻大学生的青睐,成为当代大学生表达诉求、发泄情绪、调节心理的缓冲器和调节阀。同时在一定意义上也成为号脉青年学生思想动态的温度计和心理状态的晴雨表,为思想政治工作者掌握大学生的所思所想所需所求提供了可能。但是,由于其内容良莠不齐、泥沙俱下,难以把控其发展方向,无法真正体现社会主流价值追求。对高校思政工作者来说,立德树人、培养全面发展的人才是其不可推卸责任和使命。因此,努力开拓网络育人新阵地,把握微文化传播规律、关注师生需求、唱响主旋律、传播正能量,着力推进“四个一”工程建设,即一个平台、一支队伍、一种氛围、一套机制建设,引领高校网络思政教育新发展,是必然要求。本文以系统的理论思辩为主,理论联系实际,对微文化与大学生正能量(践行社会主义核心价值观)的内涵进行了系统阐释。分析微文化对大学生价值观的影响,并从培育大学生自身修养、自觉主动践行社会主义核心价值观的要求出发,探索微文化推进大学生正能量营造的价值与路径。具体来说,论文分四个部分:第一部分,阐述微文化的内涵及特征、正能量的概念及微文化中蕴含的正能量,初步掌握微文化与正能量的相关性。第二部分,从五个方面探讨微文化营造正能量的典型个案:1、依托微文化搭建服务群众心连心平台;2、用微文化主动出击,抢占网络阵地,入心入脑;3、用微文化维护学生稳定,建立有效安全防范机制;4、以微文化增强学生干部意识,形成服务学生群众新机制;5、用微文化讲好身边的故事,传递正能量。第三部分,剖析微文化营造正能量中存在的不足。1、微文化的关注度日渐消退;2、微文化成为助长享乐主义的温床;3、微文化无法形成文化传承。第四部分,探索提升微文化在大学生正能量营造过程中的主要对策:1、用主流的微文化稳定高校校园文化的正确方向;2、用海量的微信息夯实高校教书育人全过程。
[Abstract]:Microculture is a kind of cultural form based on mobile internet technology platform, which can express ideas freely. It includes Weibo, WeChat QQ and other self-media, with the characteristics of fast, convenient, no threshold, fictitious and so on. It has been favored by young college students, and has become a buffer and regulator for contemporary college students to express their demands, vent their emotions and adjust their psychology. At the same time, in a certain sense, it has also become a thermometer of ideological dynamics and a barometer of psychological state of young students, which provides the possibility for ideological and political workers to master what college students want and want. However, due to its mixed content, muddy, difficult to control its development direction, can not truly reflect the mainstream social value pursuit. For the ideological and political workers in colleges and universities, it is their duty and mission to build up people and cultivate all-round development talents. Therefore, we should strive to open up a new front for network education, grasp the laws of microcultural communication, pay attention to the needs of teachers and students, sing the main melody, spread positive energy, and strive to promote the construction of the "four ones" project, that is, a platform, a team, and an atmosphere. A set of mechanism construction, leading the new development of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, is an inevitable requirement. In this paper, the connotation of micro-culture and positive energy of college students (practicing the core values of socialism) is explained systematically, which is mainly based on systematic theoretical thinking and combining theory with practice. This paper analyzes the influence of micro-culture on college students' values, and explores the value and path of micro-culture to promote the positive energy construction of college students from the requirements of cultivating college students' self-cultivation and consciously practicing the socialist core values. Specifically, the paper is divided into four parts: the first part, expounds the connotation and characteristics of microculture, the concept of positive energy and the positive energy contained in microculture, and preliminarily grasps the correlation between microculture and positive energy. The second part, from five aspects, discusses the typical case of micro-culture building positive energy: 1, builds up a platform to serve the hearts of the masses by relying on micro-culture, takes the initiative to attack with micro-culture, grabs the network position, enters the mind into the brain, and maintains the stability of students with micro-culture. To establish an effective security prevention mechanism, to strengthen the awareness of student cadres with micro-culture, to form a new mechanism of serving students and masses, to tell stories around them with micro-culture, and to transfer positive energy. In the third part, the author analyzes the deficiency in the positive energy of micro-culture construction, the attention of micro-culture is fading gradually, micro-culture becomes the hotbed of hedonism, and micro-culture can not form cultural heritage. The fourth part explores the main countermeasures of promoting microculture in the process of positive energy construction of college students: 1, stabilizing the correct direction of campus culture with mainstream microculture, and ramming up the whole process of teaching and educating people with massive microinformation.
