思想政治教育视角下大学生越轨行为研究

【摘要】：大学生是具有较高文化素质的一个群体,他们是祖国的未来和希望,肩负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的重任。近些年来,虽然大学生这一群体的整体素质有一定提高,但是随着高校不断扩招,在校大学生人数逐年增加,大学生的整体素质已经出现了良莠不齐的现象,特别是大学生中越轨行为时有发生。从思想政治教育的视角探究大学生的越轨行为,科学地运用思想政治教育的原理和方法来预防和控制大学生的越轨行为,对于减少大学生越轨行为的发生有重要的现实意义。本文首先在前人研究的基础上对大学生越轨行为进行了界定,即大学生越轨行为是指大学生在其成长和发展过程中,出现的偏离或违反其应遵守的现存社会规范,且产生了消极影响并受到许多人否定评价的行为。同时本文将大学生越轨行为进行了分类并指出其具有可控性、不稳定性、高智能性的特点,阐述了大学生越轨行为不仅不利于大学生自身的全面发展还对学校和社会都有一定的负面影响。本文分析出大学生越轨行为与思想政治教育两者之间存在的相互关系,即防控大学生的越轨行为属于思想政治教育的研究范畴,同时思想政治教育又是防控大学生越轨行为的重要手段,并且大学生出现的越轨问题还是检验思想政治教育效果的标尺之一。其次,本文通过实证调查对大学生中常见的一些越轨行为进行分析,并从社会、学校、家庭及其自身这四个角度阐述了大学生越轨行为出现的原因。最后从思想政治教育的角度出发提出相应的预防和控制对策,针对不同的越轨行为,防控措施的侧重点有所不同。在预防和控制大学生违德的越轨行为时,主要突出家风建设的重要性和学校思想政治教育的育人作用;在针对违反校规校纪的越轨行为时,主要通过加强高校校园制度的约束力和发挥高校思想政治教育的导向作用等手段对其进行防范和控制;而在防控大学生违法犯罪的越轨行为时,不仅需要在社会上营造良好的法治氛围还要在高校中加强法治宣传教育和心理健康教育并且重视高校思想政治教育的预警作用。
[Abstract]:College students are a group with higher cultural quality. They are the future and hope of the motherland and shoulder the heavy responsibility of Chinese Dream, who realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In recent years, although the overall quality of this group of college students has improved to a certain extent, with the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of college students has increased year by year, the overall quality of college students has appeared the phenomenon of mixed good and bad. In particular, deviant behavior occurs from time to time among college students. From the perspective of ideological and political education, it is of great practical significance to explore the deviant behavior of college students and to use the principles and methods of ideological and political education scientifically to prevent and control the deviant behavior of college students. This paper first defines the deviant behavior of college students on the basis of previous studies, that is, college students deviate from or violate the existing social norms they should abide by in the process of their growth and development. And has had the negative influence and many people negates the appraisal behavior. At the same time, this paper classifies the deviant behavior of college students and points out that it has the characteristics of controllability, instability and high intelligence. This paper expounds that the deviant behavior of college students is not only unfavorable to the all-round development of college students, but also has a certain negative effect on the school and society. This paper analyzes the relationship between college students' deviant behavior and ideological and political education, that is, prevention and control of college students' deviant behavior belongs to the research category of ideological and political education. At the same time, ideological and political education is also an important means to prevent and control college students' deviant behavior, and the deviant problems of college students are also one of the yardsticks to test the effect of ideological and political education. Secondly, this paper analyzes some common deviant behaviors among college students through empirical investigation, and expounds the reasons for the emergence of college students' deviant behavior from the four angles of society, school, family and themselves. Finally, from the angle of ideological and political education, the corresponding prevention and control measures are put forward, and the emphases of prevention and control measures are different according to different deviant behaviors. In order to prevent and control the deviant behavior of college students, the importance of the building of family style and the educational function of ideological and political education in schools should be emphasized. Mainly through strengthening the binding force of university campus system and giving play to the guiding role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to prevent and control it; while preventing and controlling the deviant behavior of college students from breaking the law and committing crimes, It is necessary not only to create a good atmosphere of rule of law in society, but also to strengthen the education of propaganda of rule of law and mental health education in colleges and universities, and to attach importance to the early warning function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
