大学校训中的诚信文化研究
[Abstract]:The university motto is brief, simple and meaningful. It generalizes and summarizes the idea and spirit of the university through a simple combination of words, which constitutes the important content of the university culture and the humanistic spirit of the school. At present, our country is actively building a good faith society, integrity, as the core values of the socialist values of the individual level of the values of citizens has become the basic requirements of colleges and universities for the campus atmosphere as well as the code of conduct of teachers and students. In the teaching practice, many colleges and universities are exploring the value concept which endows some campus cultural media with certain values in order to promote the formation of the values of honesty and credit of teachers and students in colleges and universities. After combing the university motto, it is found that many colleges and universities directly write honesty and credit into the school motto, and play a leading role in the value of university teachers and students. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg of honesty culture in the university motto. It is of great significance to excavate the culture of honesty and credit in the university motto, sort out, sum up and structure out the background of this culture, which will strengthen the value identity and cultural confidence of teachers and students in colleges and universities. On the basis of systematically combing the current university motto, this paper demonstrates the endogenous mechanism of the formation of honesty culture in the first part of the university motto. It is found that the university motto exists with the spiritual content as the core, and it is the choice and promotion of a certain value idea or value, and the culture of honesty and credit is the important source of the spiritual content of the motto. At the same time, it also coincides with some dimensions of the three-dimensional value concept of the university motto. The culture of honesty and credit in the university motto is the result of subjective choice under the objective guidance. In the second part, the author makes an empirical study on the culture of honesty and credit in the university motto from the aspects of quantity and content. It is found that the culture of honesty and credit in the university motto is divided into "overt" and "recessive", and the recessive content of honesty and credit hidden behind the dominant school motto is the main body of the culture of honesty and credit in the university motto. Its basic contents can be summed up as two dimensions: "learning without exception" and "pursuing virtue and practice with loyalty and credit", which has the characteristics of wide range and many levels. The third part is based on the functional orientation of the university itself to explore the path of honesty culture in the university motto. In the main teaching channel, we should find the culture of honesty and credit in the university motto through the way of theoretical research and the combing of the school history, and promote the cognition of it through the form of professional combination and curriculum integration. Then, through the campus landscape, media and inter-school communication and cooperation to promote the integrity of the university motto culture, in order to promote its education to a wider range of development. Finally, with the help of campus rituals, teachers' example and students' practice, the value cognition of honesty culture in university motto is transformed into value practice, and the effect of education is put into practice.
