高校科研人员创业绩效的影响因素及作用机理研究
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, the relationship between universities and industry and market is more and more close. As the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship, the scientific research personnel in colleges and universities have natural technological advantages. It is an important breakthrough to solve the low efficiency of transformation of scientific research achievements. It provides a strong support for the transformation of scientific research results into actual productive forces and plays a great role in promoting technological innovation and promoting economic development. Under the national policy advocacy and the self-drive of scientific research personnel, more and more scholars join the ranks of entrepreneurs, but the performance of entrepreneurial performance is not uniform. It is necessary and urgent to promote researchers to engage in entrepreneurial activities more scientifically and effectively and to achieve good and sustained entrepreneurial performance. Based on the academic entrepreneurship theory and the entrepreneurial performance theory, this paper summarizes the literature review of domestic and foreign related research, integrates the individual entrepreneurs, Three aspects of university organization and social environment factors affect the entrepreneurial performance of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities, in which individual factors focus on the characteristics of scholars, entrepreneurial traits, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial identity. The organizational structure support and entrepreneurial orientation of organizational culture and the adjustment of social environmental factors to individual factors and university organizational factors on entrepreneurial performance are extracted from the organizational factors of universities, and the theoretical model of the research is constructed. Then, the empirical analysis is conducted using 131 entrepreneurial researchers' data. The results show that: academic traits have a negative impact on entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial traits, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial identity, Organizational structure support and entrepreneurial oriented organizational culture have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance, and different factors have different impact intensity, social environment factors on the above factors and entrepreneurial performance regulatory role has been partly confirmed. Finally, aiming at the different action paths of the influencing factors, this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of improving the entrepreneurial performance of university researchers from the individual, the university organization and the social level respectively.
