大学生“被志愿”:志愿服务的自愿性与义务化

【摘要】：大学生"被志愿"现象反映了志愿服务自愿性与义务化之间的微妙关系。自愿性是志愿服务的核心要素,它建立在大学生具有自主选择能力和权利的基础上,因此必须提高大学生对志愿服务的认知能力。作为一种社会性事务,志愿服务代表着个人与社会的权利义务关系,发挥着重要的社会功能,展现出制度化的发展趋势,遵循着特定的运行规律,这决定了义务化是志愿服务的本质特征之一,是志愿服务发展的必然趋势。高校志愿服务的重要任务是推进自愿性与义务化的统一,要加强大学生志愿服务组织建设,构建大学生志愿服务教育体系;注意区分义务化与功利化,对大学生实施正确的价值引领。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of "being volunteered" reflects the subtle relationship between volunteerism and volunteerism. Volunteerism is the core element of voluntary service, which is based on the ability and rights of college students to choose independently, so it is necessary to improve the cognitive ability of college students to volunteer service. As a kind of social affairs, voluntary service represents the relationship between individual and society's rights and obligations, plays an important social function, shows the trend of institutionalized development, and follows a specific running rule. This determines that volunteerism is one of the essential characteristics of voluntary service and an inevitable trend in the development of voluntary service. The important task of voluntary service in colleges and universities is to promote the unification of voluntary service and compulsory service, to strengthen the construction of voluntary service organization for college students, to construct the education system of voluntary service for college students, to distinguish between obligation and utilitarianism. To carry out the correct value guidance to the college students.
